Hey, everyone! Medusa here. I have a favor to ask.

I need your help getting me, my hubby and our kitter out of a toxic environment. CW: triggers, bad hospital experience and talks of toxic people

I have C-PTSD, apsergers and other mental aliments

as well as physical damage due to going through years of abuse and rape in my past. I’m a survivor trying to heal. My current roommates have shown true ignorance, saying some seriously disgusting things about me, giving no shits about my conditions/boundaries which has caused and is causing much unneeded drama. They also refuse to talk about it directly with me in any civilized manner. This has caused the living environment to become very toxic and unsafe for me and my husband.

This was supposed to be a temporary place. However, the work my hubby does is temporarily shut down due to having moved out of my abusers home abruptly.

They were supposed to just transfer my case but they shut it down with no note as to why on both ends. So, my husband and I are scrambling to try and get them turned back on so we can save and move asap although, unfortunately he just severely sprained his foot working a side job. Because we needed the extra money while we haven’t been getting anything, he has also become my caretaker and helps me with my disabilities daily.

We’ve been doing our absolute best to do what we can. However, things here are just getting worse and worse here for both of us. We also just got sick and had the ROUGHEST few days. A roommate caused me to have the worst attack/seizure I’ve had in a while. I was stepping out of the room to go get my medicine delivery. They popped OUT OF NO WHERE! Started screaming at the dogs. Then SLAMMED the door to their bedroom. Almost pissed myself, almost fell down the stairs and DIED. I’m serious I could have easily died. I luckily landed on my ass before taking that first step down. I blacked out right after they slammed the door. Had my whole episode there. Hubby had to run out of the bathroom MID SHIT just to help me. From what my hubby said the roommate was flipping their shit in their room. smacking their head on something. Screaming at herself and saying “why am I the bad guy”. I don’t even remember making it back to our own bedroom. later that evening a fire work went off in the cul de sac. I had music low on my headphones just for a moment to give myself a break.  POP, I was gone again. Idk for how long my hubby said he found me shaking on the bed. I don’t even remember going to bed that night. The next day I had one normal conversation with my hubby. My speech was completely fine. I went quiet for a bit, since he left the room. I then tried to do a voice message over messenger to a photographer friend. I was stuttering SO HARD! I haven’t stopped since.. I ended up going to the ER that night. However it was the WORST thing ever. They wouldn’t let me wait somewhere quiet. I was already shaky and scared and making this unintentional woo noise. that feels like im guessing how a tick would feel? WE WERE THERE FOREVER. I had my hands over my ears for HOURS. they took my blood ekg then stuffed me back out in the lobby. I gave up after a bit I couldn’t try to hold my arms to my ears any longer. There was a HUGE BANG behind me. Which I’m guessing was a damn door. There I was, blacked out in the hospital lobby shaking. Crying, probably screaming and trying to fight the invisible person whom which I see in my head while going through my attacks as my rapist. I woke up in my wheelchair in another room. to this nurse telling me I need to go home and go see my primary and that they refuse to help me. I’m like fine whatever I you couldn’t pay me to come back here. I’m still dealing with the tick and stutter. idk if this is a forever thing, each day it gets kinda better. However everyone in this house is BLASTING their shit at full volume. Slamming doors even harder now. Even the headphones all the way up doesn’t do enough. I’m fucking horrified
