I've been reading you're Miracle AU faster than I thought. I started thinking about the cons managing to anger Monsterverse Godzilla enough that he begins target on sight when he senses one of them. Perhaps even raiding a base or two if they have radiation around. Since he is the guardian of nature. I've been squealing about this idea for an hour and I needed to share it.
A fight between Godzilla and the Decepticons would be wicked! I'm afraid I only have a basic knowledge about Godzilla, but thanks for sharing :)
The titan rumbled angrily, disturbed from his sleep down in the furthest depths of the ocean. The molten lava flowing all around him as he opened his eyes. The dragons were stirring up more trouble again, disrupting civilization, terrorizing more of the mortals. He was unable to stop the attacks by them from a devastating battle that had nearly killed him during the great titan war. Sealing the Skar King and his tribe deep down in the depths of the subterranean Hollow Earth, hoping the titan, Shimo had finished him off already. He fears the worst though as she never came back up in these thousands of years, never sensing her bioacoustics up on the surface.
Although humans may not remember and worship him like they have before, they needed him to step up again when there was too much bloodshed. Restore the planet back to the natural order. Rising up from his drowsy state, he made his way down the large steps of his lair. It's too quiet now that they are all gone. To the water tunnels that would help him arrive faster than normally traveling in the ocean.
Diving into the depths helps to cool his risen temperature as he begins picking up speed with the help of the vortex. He calls out to see if any other titan is awake, he gets no answer. This will be a first for him in a long time, where he will need to fight on his own. The vortex spits him out in an area he barely recognizes but knows the allure anywhere. There's radiation nearby which would drastically improve his chances on this fight. Picking up speed, he descends further down into the depths. Not wanting his adversaries to sense him yet.
.......
The change in atmosphere was instantaneous, slowly bringing him into a rage as he realizes this land has been dead, poisoned for so long. He won't be able to fix this like before, especially with the others still dormant. He begins surfacing, dorsal spikes rising above the tainted waves as the size of his body brings a large tsunami with him upwards through the river. Water surging fast, barreling through whatever remains were left as he begins rising up on his large clawed feet. Water cascades all around him as he catches his first glimpse of Cybertron in thousands of years. Opening his eyes and surveying the damage, he gives no roar only train-like rumbles from his throat as he continues his way stomping in the river towards the scent of radiation.
There were roars rising above him as he closed in on the source. A high rising ruin with what seemed to house many small like war bats. Screeching and sounding the alarm as many purplish creatures came pouring from the cracks, scattering away from the ruin as his feet stomped closer. The ones who took to the skies were far more bolder, believing they had a great advantage. Raining fire on his head which makes him angrier, breathing deeply he lets out a booming roar shaking everything around as it travels three miles across from where he was. Letting everyone know he's here. Swiping at those burning his head, catching some in his hands before crushing them. Stomping down on those who were persistent, like annoying dogs snapping at his heels. Tail swinging down on some, before swiping away many more who tried their luck. These weren't the threat, no, there were more powerful beings farther in the horizon that will be the real test. But he wasn't ready for the fight, not at the moment.
He charges.
Crashing into the ruin he uses his formidable talons to make short work of the defenses surrounding his prize, which began emitting high level doses as he exposed it further. Rocks crumbled around, metal shrieking as it bends, and whoever else was inside had been crushed as he tore deeper, finally revealing his gain. It poured into the air in a blue haze, it's toxic smoke billowing high above him. A feast for a long dormant king. He begins feeding, sucking the toxic ionizing radiation deep into his throat and down to his own living reactor. Charging up, and filling his power limit. He can't exactly completely drain the source right now. It goes against what he fights for, keeping the natural order. Cybertron is dead, and he won't be able to help kickstart any revival without help from the new god or the other titans. He doesn't have nearly enough of the energy capacity to store the radiation without it becoming too dangerous for himself. He can't become a thermonuclear bomb just yet, not until Mothra reawakens to help him fight.
A roar is the only thing he gets before white hot fire rains down upon him. Truly burning him as he backs away from the radiation with a pained grunt. Looking up he narrows his eyes as he sees them. This is one of the threats he must be cautious of. A white dragon with large red wings is all he sees before something else blasts at his dorsal spikes. A light blue begins glowing at the tip of his tail, flashing brightly.
He started charging up.
I haven't written anything in a long time but I wanted to try an get something nice from a part of the idea. Hope you like it!! :D
@floofyfungi
Oh damn! This is so cool I enjoyed reading it! Screamer is pissed lol. I wrote a little continuation below. Hope this is okay and that you enjoy! Apologies for any Godzilla inaccuracy.
“What the fuck is that?”
Alexis was perched in between Starscream’s shoulders, clinging to the white scales between his raised frills. Less than ten minutes ago, the world had gone mad.
It had started with the rumbling. A steady tremor that shook the ground like a distant earthquake. Starscream went still, as had the other seekers. These fierce decepticons had almost looked… afraid. Suddenly Starscream’s claws curled around her and they were shooting up into the sky.
To face the moving mountain.
A giant lizard. This impossibly large… thing quickly tore a hole in the mountain, right through Starscream’s palace, and began feasting on the mountain’s glowing core. Magma spilled into the ruins of Vos. Something about the blue glow reminded her of Sunstorm. The lizard walked on two legs, had a series of impressive spikes running down its back, a long thick tail, and small eyes that watched them.
There was something unnervingly intelligent in those eyes.
Starscream trembled beneath her with rage, smoke spilling from the dragon’s jaws, “someone who is about to be extremely sorry.”
A high whine screamed through the air. Thundercracker descended in a blue blur and clapped his wings. The shockwave crashed into the monster, making it stumble down onto one knee. It growled, low and rumbling, so large it made even the seekers look small.
The other seekers swirled around them, furious or terrified. It reminded Alexis of a disturbed beehive. Starscream clacked his jaws together and two waves of seekers descended towards the fallen lizard, chests burning with fire.
They struck, flames painting over the lizard’s dark scales. That much fire would have obliterated any organic army.
But this was no ordinary organic.
The lizard rose and the spikes along its tail began to glow, the light travelled up its back as the humming grew louder and louder. Starscream tensed beneath her, the seekers pulled back. Alexis slammed her hands over her ears.
The beast unleashed a blue hellfire. A narrow whirlwind of death shot from its jaws straight into one wave of seekers. Metal bent and scales shattered under the heat. Screams fading as their broken bodies plummeted into Cybertron’s toxic wastes.
Starscream hissed, “useless weaklings.” He flared his wings. Alexis knew what was about to come. She held on tight.
The beast turned its head towards Starscream, like it somehow knew he was the leader. The humming started again. Alexis’ heart dropped to her stomach.
Starscream screeched and dived, so fast her legs flew up behind her. Starscream appeared to be suicidally aiming right for the monster’s open jaws. The blue glow so bright it nearly blinded her.
BOOM!
Thundercracker’s thunderclap saved them. It crashed into the beast, knocking its head to the side, the blue flames harmlessly spilled to their side. Even so, Alexis could feel the heat.
Starscream unleashed his own white flames right at the monster’s head. It roared and swiped, but Starscream screamed past. He whipped around and rejoined Thundercracker up above. High enough in the sky that they were safe for the moment. Ready to dart away if the beast attacked.
“He’s as tough as ever,” growled Thundercracker.
“He?!” Alexis was in disbelief, “who is he?!”
“A nuisance!” Starscream snarled.
A purple flash made Alexis shut her eyes. When she opened them, Skywarp was hovering by Starscream’s left. He beamed, “Zilly’s back?!”
“What did you call him?”
“Get rid of him!” snarled Starscream.
“Oh come on,” Skywarp flexed his talons and smiled without a hint of friendliness, “I want to play.”
“Play all you want! But somewhere else!”
Alexis tapped Starscream’s neck, “well ‘Zilly’ is about to fire.”
The seekers dove as the blue fire nearly singed their tails. Skywarp sighed, “fiiine.”
The purple dragon teleported by the lizard’s head, and booped him with his claw.
They both vanished in a bright purple light.
The beast was gone, leaving nothing but a smoking ruin behind. Far away on the distant moon, there was a purple flash.
Alexis’ jaw dropped.
Seconds later Skywarp reappeared. Half his tail was missing and energon flowed freely from it, he hissed and breathed purple flames over his wound. The metal scales melted further and temporarily sealed the stump.
“Are you alright?” asked Thundercracker, hovering over the purple seeker.
Skywarp shoved him with his wing, “don’t be annoying. That’s Screamer’s job.”
“You certainly took your time,” Starscream hissed, Alexis could feel his voice rumbling through her bones.
“Not my fault you sent me on a long distance patrol!”
“You can teleport!”
“Yeah,” Skywarp motioned to the moon with his wing, “you’re welcome! Maybe next time I’ll let you deal with him without me.”
“Next time?!” Alexis spluttered, “he’s on the moon!”
“That hasn’t stopped him before,” said Thundercracker, “he always comes back.”
Alexis decided she needed a nice long nap. This was too much craziness for one day. Yet as the seekers flew back down towards the half destroyed palace, the other seekers following in their wake, she had to ask.
“What’s the moon like?”
Skywarp grinned nastily at her, “want to find out?”
Starscream snapped at Skywarp neck, he teleported behind Thundercracker, “kidding! Kidding…”
the seekers when Zilly pulls up again
YESS!!
This makes me excited to actually work on more of the writing. I've been debating on whether or not to write more scenes in Godzilla's perspective. Such as the fight with the Mutos, Muto Prime, Ghidorah, Kong, Skar King and Shimo. I'm especially excited to have Alexis one day realize Godzilla is truly the embodiment of nature. Where she sees he is one of the good guys, even if he's pretty destructive about it. I haven't been so excited in wanting to write in a long time. :D
