     After realizing how rude she was, the TENSION slowly left her body and her expression turned a bit SHEEPISH. Gee, it’s not like he was a danger or anything. Perhaps, after all the events of fighting Team Plasma, seeing Kyurem fuse with Zekrom, near being killed by the mighty dragon…. She shuddered at the MEMORIES. Her fear and helpness still haunted her, even after all this time.

          “Um … OKAY. ” She nodded after a hesitant pause. Her Serperior shot him a icy glance before turning it’s back upon him. Mei licked her dry lips and, gripping the railing tightly, scooted over so that he may have a better VIEW.

    Okay? Well, it’s not the response he was expecting, but it’s not so bad either. Green welcomes it nonetheless, glad that some of the stiffness has dissolved. (He also chooses to ignore the Serperior drilling holes into his head. In the long run it’ll be better for both of them, or so he thinks.) 

    Though it’s offered openly, Green is cautious coming up to the railing. A familiar queasiness rises up to the pit of his stomach, and when he leans onto the support he has to simultaneously force himself not to hum out of nervousness and bolt.

If he’d swallowed his fear instead of keeping it in, waiting for when exhaling wouldn’t put so much of a burden on him. Faster, he thinks, I should have been faster should have done better I was so close— 

    Green tightens his hold around Nate, breathing erratic. Some part of him wants to get up and run, fly somewhere far and disappear until he can come back and say I don’t remember. But it’s nearly impossible when he’s trembling so bad. He finds himself sinking deeper into his friend’s warmth despite the weight in his chest that tells him he can’t.
