Kylo-Ren

"A Limo." he repeated to her as he glanced out the window of the room. "I suppose that is arriving in style. I mean we could always hire exotic creatures to carry us there." he teased. He adjusted the cuffs of his long sleeve shirt and he glanced over his shoulder at her. "Which part of the Hub are we going to a party in ?" he asked as he ran fingers through hair that feathered back with that slight curl.

"Do you think the other's will be ready, or are they going to be meeting us there." By the other's he meant the little Squad, that was often with them. “Speaking of ready, Stargirl.." he chuckled "Are you ready to go ?" he was dressed sleekly but no matter what he wore she would always outshine him at least in his eyes.

“Yes please.” he said as he glanced over the bridge to glance back to her. Shaking his head. “I am not sure who thought it was wise to give the Storm Troopers this much to drink, they already seem to have a hard time hitting the broad side of a barn.” he sighed and took the offered drink with a smile. 

“Apologies, Annabelle how are you enjoying the festivities ?”  he asked her. “I am little rough around the edges, I am not use to not being in my full armor.” 

Ben's arms went around Rey as he pulled her close into the circle of his arms. To dance to the soft music the vid-player offered. At the question he looked down at her and pressed a kiss to the top of her head. "I do, I think Anna has enough energy for the both of us, even at eight." he stated. " Besides, sweetheart." he added spinning her out only to pull her close again. His tone warm.

"If she gets tired she will sleep and we can just carry her to bed. I think that doing things as a family is important, and remember how many years she's tried to sit up like this." he reminded her. Eventually Anna would be able to stay awake the whole time. Ben looked forward to it. This was the family he always imagined having, the life he wanted like his twin sister. “I want both of you with me into the New Year.” 

He gave his twin a big hug and buried his face against her shoulder. “I think so too,” he agreed softly. “So the real question is.” he asked after the hug broke. “Is should we continue to grow up or should be just say to hell with it.” he laughed “Escape away into our jungle and become wild folk.” it was all said in jest of course. 

“Are you excited for the New Year.” 

He moved back some so the trooper could step into the woods as well. “I believe the track is a beast, as I don’t identify it as anything I have seen.” he nodded to him while the trooper was not one of his Knights, he had a very strange outlook on them, one not commonly found. He did not leave behind those he served with who showed an talent. 

“What do you think it is ?” he inquired through the modulation of his mask. 

This planet was the one they had found the Resistant’s beacon on and he felt that it was important to check those out personally. So far this backwater place had served to be just that.  A lot of verdant overgrowth. 

He had taken her back to the starship and was looking out over a field of stars. He knew that they celebrated such things on Prime, there was a news feed counting down. 

 “Why not ?” bringing a hand up to the helm to disengage the system Kylo tugged the helm off and ruffled a hand through his dark hair. Afterwards, he offered and held a hand out to her to draw her close. He nodded to the count down. “One one than, Charlie?” 

He looked at it and gave it a questionable look. Than considering who it was from he laughed and nodded his head. “Sure, because you asked.” he offered and leaned down so she could put it on him.
