my files were backed up by an angel, luckily, and i frantically typed a write up about why i chose to make this piece for my fandom studies class, why fanfiction has meant so much to me over the years, and why the bear has meant so much to me in recent years. i think i got a good grade. it doesn't really matter now.

fun fact, all the street backdrops in the comic are of actual streets in london mentioned by LadyCharity, and then others that i calculated to be approximately where the events of the fic could have taken place. i had a whole list on google maps to triangulate carmy and fleabag's positions based on an actual conference centre, and then which restaurant they could logically go to based on local public transit. it was all completely excessive and i doubt my prof cared, but i did!!!
