Baptists Against Bureaucracy (?)

There's this thing that has happened to me a weird amount in my life (not a lot but enough to feel like it's a trend) where I will come into a new friend group, or a new person will come into my life or something, and then they fully steal my personality. It makes me feel crazy because no one ever calls them out on it. And I honestly feel like that person is often the least of the offenders in the situation. Like everyone else in the group suddenly acts like that's that person's personality and it's totally unique to them. Suddenly all the memes that would usually apply to me get labeled as them. I'll say a joke and no one notices and then they repeat the exact same joke and everyone laughs. It gets to the point that I will get on my soapbox about something and everyone will be like "oh, maybe" and then a month later every is acting like that person said it and it's their thing to be obsessed with or whatever. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone every time.
