i wanna know what the intended gameplay route / timeline for cyberpunk is. like why did the devs set a specific time for a main story quest and is there an intentional break between them? obviously it’s an open world game and you’re meant to just play how you want but in act 1 for example, you meet dex, do your pre-missions (meredith, all foods, lizzie’s), and then you meet the team at the afterlife. no matter how fast you do all of those tasks, you’ll most likely finish up past midnight. the way that the meeting in the afterlife ends makes it seem like you’re meant to go straight to konpeki (i know there’s an option here, but jackie is stuck in limbo in the afterlife parking lot until you show back up so it doesn’t feel natural). that means you’d probably get to konpeki before dawn but when the heist actually starts, it’s 9 pm??? and t-bug’s line about waiting on comms only accounts for 3 and a half hours??? so i usually go home and sleep after the pre-missions but even then, when you finish the last one, v says that they’re on their way to the afterlife meet?!:£/ THIS IS NEUROTIC AS HELL BUT I HAVE TO KNOW

another one that drives me nuts is when you and panam stay the night at the sunset motel and yall apparently sleep for 21 hours???? i mean sure the previous day was long as fuck but considering how quickly v got back to merc work after being discharged from viktor’s? unlikely

i KNOW it doesn’t matter and that we can mostly disregard “canon time” but i can’t help but want everything to line up so it’s extra immersive
