i actually do not understand how sugar free gum has calories? like how can they make 0 cal drinks but can’t make 0 cal gum? plus do i not burn off the calories that are present by chewing the gum 🤨

when you guys are fasting do you ever feel like your body is buzzing when you first wake up? like it almost feels like pins and needles but it’s softer and kinda nice?

anyone who doesn’t live with their parent, do u have tips on how not to binge when u go home??? pls it’s killing me 😫😫

Ok so changed my mind about fasting! I’ve been doing low res/fasting so long my metabolic adaptation is insane and im like maintaining at 200cal so i’ve decided to do a metab weekend where I do high res instead. I think I’ll be doing around 1000cal and excercising a ton. I’m crossing my fingers this helps me start losing again 😭

that’s it I gained like .4lbs after coming off my fast and eating 200cal per day im doing a 168hr fast bc i can’t stand it anymore 🤬🤬
