Suho’s incident: Kai said his clothes were wet so he took off his coat. Suho said, in Korea, it’s called 맨발 투혼 (cos Kai danced without his shoes). The audience was quiet cos nobody got the joke (and I think translator didn’t translate it). To which Suho said “If you guys remain quiet (to my jokes) there will be no encore.”

That’s why Kyungsoo responded with “they didn’t laugh cos you are not funny”. He even apologized to the fans regarding the encore, saying “it’s not (like that), sorry”, before repeating “hey, hey suho, you are not funny.” To which Chen echoed “not funny”. And the other members joined in, with the “no jam” thingy. They are just teasing, Suho is just teasing. 

Chanyeol’s incident: Kyungsoo said he visited the site where King Kong was filmed, and Yeol, being the itchy mouth as usual, said Kyungsoo looks like King Kong. To which Kyungsoo very wittily said “I’m King Kong”, then proceeded to punch Yeol. It’s their usual tease-fight relationship.
