Reading Pains

But how pretty is this????

I will probably be making a post about my thoughts and impressions tomorrow so look out for that. On to the Shadows next! (I'm really excited about this one)

I would put this under a read more but I am on mobile so the header will have to be enough for now. I promise I will get off of mobile eventually. So, at this point I am 250 pages in to the book, and I sort of understand the whole issue with Beth and Wrath and right now I am really really happy that she decided to think about his side. Because, personally it was starting to feel like she just didn't care at all about what he wanted. She was making permanent decisions for the entire compound really, and the entire race without consulting Wrath. And that bothered me a lot. I understand her wanting a child, and I understand that she is disappointed but there was a better way of handling that. Especially when the pregnancy risks in this book are so high, and especially when your child would be the heir to a throne. I'm pretty sure a kid is going to happen anyway but I am very happy it is paused for the moment.
