𝐒𝐇𝐄  𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃  𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐍  𝐈𝐍  𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒  𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄,  stay  with  this  woman  until  the  end  of  time  but  she  wasn’t  ALLOWED  to.  her  place  was  with  the  EMPIRE,  she  believed  in  those  VALUES,  didn’t  she?  perhaps  not  as  much  ANYMORE,  it  didn’t  matter  though.  on  the  BATTLEFIELD  she’d  have  to  face  her  soulmate,  had  to  FIGHT  until  one  of  them  wasn’t  standing.  here  though,  in  the  SENATE,  hiding  away  from the  large  dinner  in  the  GARDENS,  she  could  take  her  time  with  every  KISS.  eyebrows  FURROWED  slightly  when  she  pulled  back,  TONGUE  licking  over  her  own  bottom  lip  for  a  moment.      ❛    In your kiss, i taste the rebellion    ❜   

𝐄𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐃 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐄 over the course of her life. no one could ever MISTAKE her for anything else than the daughter of darth VADER. she filled words with DARKNESS, made people bow on their KNEES for her.      ❛    I was born to make the world shatter and shake at my fingertips    ❜   

𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘𝐍  𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐃  𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃  𝐇𝐄𝐑  𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄  𝐀𝐍  𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍  𝐁𝐎𝐎𝐊  which  was  the  most  annoying  thing  in  the  entire  GALAXY  at  times.  sometimes  she  just  didn’t  want  to  speak  about  her  feelings  &  when  she  meant  sometimes  she  meant  NEVER.  she  had  never  been  that  sort  of  PERSON  to  open  up,  to  rant  about  her  feelings  about  everything.  everyone  else  could  do  that  if  they  FOUND  that  effective  but  she  herself  PREFERRED  to  keep  quiet  about  her  worries.  especially  now,  when  it  wasn’t  herself  she  was  worried  about.  the  child  that  was  GROWING  in  her  stomach,  that  was  her  concerns. 

gaze  left  the  woman  in  front  of  her  to  take  in  the  SIGHT  of  the  large  bump  that  had  replaced  her  SLENDER  form.  at  night  she  heard  the  voice,  the  VOICE  of  something  evil.  trying  to  MANIPULATE  her  to  leave  her  baby,  telling  her  how  he’ll  spread  DARKNESS  across  the  galaxy  just  like  his  grandfather  once  had.  VADER  the  name  made  her  shiver.  she  was  the  DAUGHTER  of  the  vilest  of  man.  if  even  an  OUNCE  of  his  darkness  was  in  her,  it  would  be  in  her  son.  when  she  had  found  out  she  was  happy,  THRILLED  to  finally  have  her  chance  of  a  family.  teach  her  child  everything  about  ALDERAAN  &  the  galaxy  but  now  all  she  was  feeling  was  FEAR  and  despise. 

how  could  she  DESPISE  her  own  child?  shame  washed  over  her  INSTANTLY,  those  thoughts  should  never  FILL  a  mother’s  head  but  that  was  the  real  thing  wasn’t  it?  she  never  ASKED  for  this,  she  never  asked  to  be  a  MOTHER.  no  one  understood  that  though.  a  CHILD  was  a  miracle,  something  to  be  TREASURED.  her  best  friend  thought  so  at  least.  not  having  amilyn  understand  hurt  more  than  anything  she  had  gone  THROUGH.  she  was  hunted  by  that  voice  though,  the  voice  that  spoke  with  such  HATRED  towards  her.  he’d  take  her  child,  he’d  USE  it  as  his  own  little  weapon  &  she’d  not  be  able  to  STOP  him. 

❛     because you don’t understand    ❜    tones  was  EMOTIONLESS  while  her  gaze  was  STUCK  on  the  floor.  her  best  friend  was  never  going  to  understand  so  there  was  no  reason  to  even  try  to  EXPLAIN.  she  had  to  shut  her  out,  for  the  first  time  in  her  life  she  had  to  shut  her  best  friend  out  of  her  LIFE,  out  of  her  feelings  because  amilyn  would  never  UNDERSTAND  the  thoughts  that  were  in  her  head.  how  SCARED  she  was  for  the  future.      ❛   you’ll never understand what i’m feeling, what i’m going through    ❜     eyes  stung  with  TEARS,  jaw  clenching  slightly  while  she  SHOOK  her  head.  slowly  getting  up  from  her  seat,  frustrated  sigh  LEAVING  her.  everything  hurt,  every  bone  in  her  BODY.  she  wanted  it  to  end,  she  wanted  to  have  her  own  MIND  again.       ❛    just go amilyn, i don’t want you here    ❜     

“He told you about that, huh?” So much for solidarity– Luke wasn’t trusting Han with any secrets ever again… though, in fairness, Luke had long ago sworn that he would never keep secrets from Leia again.  So it was a rather moot point– but it was the principle of it.

                           𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄  𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐍’𝐓  𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍  𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄  𝐓𝐎  𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓, to  take  a  moment  to  think,  let  alone  think  about  how  she  felt,  how  her  BODY  ached,  how  she  hadn’t  slept  in  DAYS.  but  it  didn’t  matter,  all  that  mattered  was  outrunning  the  first  order.  keeping  these  people  ALIVE,  keeping  the  rebellion  alive,  they’d  breathe  when  they  were  safe,  when  they  were  done,  when  they  didn’t  have  to  FIGHT  anymore.  which,  she  KNEW  wasn’t  going  to  be  anytime  soon,  but  it  wasn’t  something  that  she  let  herself  think  about  all  too  OFTEN.  gaze,  however,  turned  toward  the  general,  her  WIFE,  the  strongest  woman  she  knew,  gentle  smile  finding  her  features  as  the  question  graced  her.  ❝   of  course we  can,  what  is  it ? ❞   came  TIRED tones,  hand  squeezing  the  other  woman’s  own  softly.  &  it  wasn’t  often  that  they  had  even  a  momentary  respite  to  simply  talk  anymore,  much  to  amilyn’s  regret,  but  knowing  leia,  her  leia,  was  SAFE  now,  it  meant  more  to  her  than  anything  in  the  galaxy  EVER  could.

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄  𝐇𝐀𝐃  𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐍  𝐀  𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄  𝐎𝐅  𝐇𝐄𝐑  𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑  𝐒𝐄𝐄𝐈𝐍𝐆  𝐇𝐄𝐑  𝐖𝐈𝐅𝐄  𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍  quite  honestly  it  had  SCARED  her  more  than  dying.  there  was  so  much  left  to  say.  she  couldn’t  GIVE  in  without  telling  the  love  of  her  LIFE  how  much  she  truly  loved  &  appreciated  her.  she  gently  squeezed  the  other  woman’s  HAND,  eyes  flicking  up  to  truly  look  her  in  the  eyes.  how  much  would  they  suffer  before  they  could  be  with  each  other  without  all  DANGER  around  them?  probably  a  lifetime,  perhaps  next  life  would  be  BETTER.  the  shorter  woman  slowly  leaned  in,  lips  pressing  against  amilyn’s  while  a  content  HUM  passed  her.  yes,  this  was  all  the  comfort  she  needed.  having  amilyn  close  beside  her,  getting  a  taste  of  her  blueberry  lipgloss.  just  PERFECT  in  her  own  opinion.   ❛    i just needed to do that.    ❜
