Day 15: Are you a vegan or vegetarian? If so, has this helped you lose weight? If not, would you ever consider turning vegan or vegetarian?

Because of my health conditions I cannot be vegan or vegetarian because I would be so malnourished. I lose weight just fine the way I eat, so I wouldn't change my diet to exclude animal products for more than my moral reasons.
