Thinking about the differences between Olruggio and Qifrey<3
(These are mostly my thoughts and headcanons that I like to think about; you can agree with them or not.)

I really like to imagine Qifrey's and Olly's bodies as the complete opposites. As we all know, Qifrey is tall and slim and looks like he doesn't have much meat on the bone and isn't very strong, but we can see him carrying both Coco and Agott at the same time without a problem, and Olly, on the other hand, even though in the manga we can see he is rather slim too, I like to imagine him with something of a dad build (a bit of meat on the bone, a little bigger belly, etc.) because he canonically doesn't exercise almost at all because he's too absorbed in work and rarely leaves his workshop, and I'm physically unable to believe that Qifrey would just leave him alone and not try to keep him fed so he doesn't starve because he knows better than anyone that his friend has a very bad habit of neglecting himself in order to finish his commissions on time. And I like to imagine him as not very strong physically due to lack of exercise and severe anemia (mentioned in the manga). I'm not saying that he is weak or something, though, or anything like that, but slightly weaker because of the state his body is in rn.
I really strongly believe Qifrey really enjoys feeding others, and it makes him really happy to see smiles on the faces of the people he cares about while enjoying the food he made (and it also allows him to show his love and care towards people around him since he cannot be very open when it comes to his true feelings because of his curse), and as for Olly, I think seeing people smile because of something he created with his own hands is something that makes, in his eyes, all the hard work and sleepless nights worth every second of it. It just makes him so proud of himself seeing his creations bringing joy to the people around him, like the glowing path or snug stones.
(I absolutely loved his reaction to Coco confessing that one of his creations made her fall in love with magic, (≧▽≦) and this is the main reason why I like to imagine that.)
I like to headcanon Qifrey's hands as colder. Something like dipping your hands in cold water and keeping them like that for a minute or two. I like to imagine them as very pale with long, slim fingers with small redness on the knuckles.
*Because of the silver wood* *ekhem ekhem* (i have a headcanon that also affects his skin in a way that makes it much lighter and colder than it naturally should be)
They are very smooth to touch without a single scar on them, unlike Olruggio's. His hands are big and warm with not exactly short but not long either, fingers. His hands most probably are covered in many scars and burn scars from the physical work he does every day. They are rough but oddly comfortable to touch.
I like to think about Olruggio as someone who is like a big, bit grumpy but cuddly teddy bear because of his build. (You cannot convince me this man isn't a living radiator.) As I mentioned earlier, I imagine him as someone with a bit of meat on the bone, so he's pretty soft, and cuddling sessions with him are really nice.
Qifrey, on the other hand, as I mentioned before, is quite cold. He often ends up scaring the person he tries to hug or touch because of how cold he is, but that doesn't mean his hugs are bad. It's quite the opposite; they are really comforting and useful, especially during hot summer days. If you are too hot, you can just hug him and get a little colder, and he would be more than happy to help.
I might do a part 2 if I feel like it and come up with more cus it was pretty fun to write<3
