Too short to ignore

this is not really "rapid": it's taking me quite a bit of time, but I think I'm almost done...

Just started a new sketch

I've put a bit of colored ink on this and I think It was worth the risk of messing up a quite good drawing. I like the contrast

first try with graphite pencils and colored ink in little pans.

Sergio Toppi's Sharaz-De Is very inspiring! I couldn't resist making some sketches...

When I should say "I'm done"? I think It needs some more work, but at the same time I fear to overwork it... ant suggestion?

Working in progress. I'm taking my time to do it as best as I can, and I'm going to finish It in 2026 cause in a few minutes I'm going to a party Happy new year to everyone!

Do you have ever seen old photos manually colored? I'm trying to do the same thing with one of my graphite drawning: I gave a bit of color with ink on the background, on the eyes, hairs and lips. I quite like it: less dramatic, more vivid.
