Day 65-72
I'm sorry guys. Life has been a bit of a stress-ball emotionally. Dealing with work stress and love life stress and ex friend stress. I'm not as stable as I like to act like I am. Little things always affect me greatly. I honestly don't remember what I did last week. I did work out Day 65-68. But I know that from Fri-Mon (Day 68-71), I didn't work out or do my usual supplement regiment. Just wanted to be in bed and not really live at the moment (not like suicidal "I wanna die" but moreso "can I just pause life and not be a functioning adult plz.") In any case, today (Day 72, Tuesday, Aug 23) was bicep and triceps day with my trainer. He says my shoulders are amazing but as usual I don't see it. I suppose this period is one where my depression has been popping up harder than normal but yeah. I'll be going tomorrow though. And I'll keep up with the regular updates. I can't fall off completely. Not after all this work (and money..)

Day 64
Monday. I did a semi leg/back workout with my trainer. He also gave me a good pre-workout cardio routine to put me on my ass. Literally. It could've been a heart attack this evening. Side note: My trip is in two weeks. I gotta step it up. Cardio and abs every day. Also, I'm currently like 203lbs. This is interesting. (I'm 6'0) Lastly I'm so happy to shave my HENTIRE body tomorrow. All this body hair is bothersome honestly.

Day 61-63
Triple Rest Day. (Fri-Sun) Focused on cleaning my place and doing laundry. Honestly I went two-three months with a pile of clothes on my floor. I NEEDED to do this.
Day 60
Thursday. It's been 2 months! But 10 days with a trainer. My body hurts. I'm currently 200lbs (if this scale is accurate) and I feel chunky as hell in my midsection. Is this life? I guess. I still don't see any discernible change in my body though I'm sure others may tell me otherwise. I still think I can see some change in motion but not in pictures. Body dysmorphia probably. 🙄 Anywho, did chest/arms today. I felt it before but I could've done more I think. I gotta figure out how to attack my midsection better though. It's only been 60 days. I can't complain until maybe November. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Day 59
Rest day. Had to run errands.
Day 56 meal prep...
Day 54-58
Day 54: Friday. Short chest day as I had an appointment. Day 55: Saturday. I think I rested. ......I did. Day 56: Sunday. I spent the whole day doing meal prep, which I'll post a pic of later. I overdid it on the cooking but thankfully had help. :) it's actually not that bad. Day 57: Monday. Did chest since I know Tuesday is a training session and he was gonna do something else. Kept it light though. Day 58: Tuesday. We did Back, one of my weaker body parts (along with legs.) honestly surprised I did as much as I did but honestly I could've done a lot better. Some exercises were new to me, sure, but I rested way too much. 😩 I'll do better next time.
