Me when one of my fav ships doesn't have a ship name, so it's impossible to search for it. Like, no, I don't want to search through 100 non-realted posts for one I want...
not naming names but some of you are so creative and talented it's an honor to have you in my phone

Guys I need to write a fic where Tomura runs into Eraserhead, Present Mic and Midnight (Probably before USJ) and they're all stunned by how he walks, talks and acts like Oboro used to.
They tell themselves it's not possible for him to take after Oboro, it's just a coincidence. But they can't shake the nostalgia and throwback to when their group was whole.
Maybe if it's later at night, they'll justify following him around as a way of ensuring he stays out of danger. Not because they are so desperate to have any hint of Oboro back in their lives. Definitely not.
Bonus points if:
- Tomura collects a stray, such as a cat
- Tomura wears goggles to protect his identity
- Tomura ducks around a corner and has Kurogiri teleport him home. The rest of the Rooftop gang round the corner only to find Tomura gone. They wonder if they just shared a hallucination and are haunted by Oboro's ghost
it's so obvious that Tomura was very isolated. he only began behaving his age the moment he started hanging around the League, who were similar age to him. I wonder if meeting them was the moment he realized that he wasn't a child anymore, that he didn't know where all the years went. the isolation kept him from growing up. he probably didn't even have a chance to realize that he was already a young adult until he started being treated like one by strangers. not only the league but by the hero society as well.
You know, I think this ending would have been slightly less of a fucking disappointment if the heroes hadn't been so unfairly favored by Horikoshi compared to the villains. I mean, seriously
Deku destroys every bone in his body multiple times throughout the story and is warned that if he continues, he'll permanently lose the use of his limbs ? Everything's fine, his body's just got used to being reduced to a bloody pulp somehow so there's no consequences for him. In fact even when he literally loses his arms to Shigaraki, he gets them back two minutes later thanks to Eri because guess what ? Her horn still works even when cut off from her body. How convenient.
Gran Torino gets his ribcage obliterated by Shigaraki ? Don't worry guys, he'll survive that despite his old age and injuries, and this to have no particular role in the plot afterwards.
Bakugo dies heroically trying to buy time before Deku arrives ? Lmao, did you really believe it ?? No of course not, Edgeshot just uses his last-minute Deus Ex Machina to save his life at the cost of his own and- Oops nope he's fine too, my bad !
Hawks murders a criminal fleeing for his life in cold-blood ? The best Hori has to offer is him completely free and in charge of the HSPC.
And no, losing his quirk isn't a real consequence for him because not only it literally played a major part in saving the world with Vestige!Hawks raising an insurrection among AFO's quirks, but also because his quirk has always been the element through which people exploited him.
Endeavor abused his family for years and completely destroyed his eldest son ? No jail time and no media backlash for that, the only blame he received was due to the heroes' failure to stop the League during the Raid Arc.
And don't even get me started on this bs about facing hell or whatever for what he's done : He's literally free and wealthy ; he has Rei, Fuyumi, Shoto, his sidekicks and Hawks on his side ; and all the difficulties he's apparently going to suffer are off-screened.
Deku had to sacrifice OFA and his future hero career to save the world ? Guess what, Bakugo invested all his time and money to make him an Iron-Man suit and now he can still be a hero with everyone else.
There are plenty more examples of this but I think you get the idea. Now let's take a look at the villains' ending :
Toya is now a piece of charcoal kept artificially alive for the few years he has left, unable to move a finger, and whose few minutes a day during which he can stay awake will be spent talking to his father who abused him as a child.
Toga, a literal teenager, killed herself to save Ochako and because she knew it's still better than rotting at Tartarus her whole life.
And not only did she die but she did by bleding to death. Let me repeat for those who have trouble grasping what I've just said : In a manga where the heroes can survive having their heart blown to bits, being impaled Kakyoin-style or smashed against buildings like a fly on a windshield, one of the main antagonists died of a fucking hemorrhage…
As for Shigaraki, after learning that his very birth and all the tragedies of his life have been orchestrated by AFO, after all this development and narrative promises about him being saved in the end... Deku just kills him.
Because despite all his speeches about saving him, it seems like the best our MC could do was beating him both physically and mentally until he crumbles to dust…
Compress on his side is apparently locked up for life and kept alive by machines too.
A begging Kurogiri tried in a desperate attempt to save Shigaraki, only to be unceremoniously blown up by Bakugo and dying off-screen without anyone giving a shit, including Aizawa and Mic.
And Spinner will now spend the rest of his life struggling with the extra quirks inside him that affect his body and mind, while having to cope with the thought that his boyfriend best friend and companions have either died alone or are locked away for life in horrifying circumstances.
Clearly not the same as with the heroes...
Now don't get me wrong, even if they suffered just as much from the consequences of their actions or the plot as the League, this ending would still be a disaster in terms of writing but AT LEAST it wouldn't reek that much of hypocrisy.
Spinner for a fantasy AU thing. He’s a dragon!

How Horikoshi feels after making the League of Villains metaphors for the cycle of abuse and how victims and the mentally ill are treated in society just to kill them all of in the most ironically horrible ways
Like wdym we spent multiple full length chapters learning about how Shigaraki was abused just to accidentally kill his family before being basically kidnapped, groomed, and psychologically tormented by the literal manifestation of evil just to be killed by him in the end??
Wdym we followed multiple counts of the Todoroki family’s suffering at the hands of Endeavor, learning how the selfish desires of one man ruined the lives of five other ppl and how he turned his son Touya to a life as a murderous villain just for him to be forced to survive past his natural lifespan so that Endeavor could force Touya to talk to him to feel better abt himself??
Twice dies alone after finally finding a family who accepted him. Mr. Compress and Spinner joined the league to be less alone, and are now going to spend the rest of their lives alone in jail mourning their friends’ deaths.
Even Toga, who had the most arguably “satisfying” conclusion, only did so because she sacrificed herself, a choice she made. Even then, it adheres to the idea that the mentally ill are the ones who must change in order to fit society. Even if Uraraka understood Himiko and was willing to help her, Toga still died a villain in the eyes of society
I understand that they’re villains and they won’t get a happy ending, and that death is the easiest way to finish a characters story, but literally what was the point of it all? What was the message Horikoshi was trying to convey? That victims and ppl who suffer from mental illness are villains and are bound to die or rot in jail/psych wards? That abusers will always win over their victims? The villains were thoroughly fleshed out and made to be empathized with, just to kill them all off? Lazy writing imo
Here are some bnha ending implications about the League of Villains that drive me crazy:
We don't know if Touya thought Spinner and Mr. Compress were dead too.
Tomura never knew Twice was dead.
Touya and Tomura never knew that Toga tried to shapeshift into them and cried 'cause she couldn't :(
Mr. Compress last saw the LOV while he was trying to save them / help them reach a safe place. Next thing he was told is that most of them were dead.
Even if Touya was still alive long enough for Spinner to publish his book/comic, I doubt someone read it to Touya.
Since Toga showed up as Twice in the final battle, we don't know if Giran was aware of Twice being dead previous to that occasion or if he thinks Twice died at war there.
Although Kurogiri said that Tomura's friends were waiting for him, Tomura never saw his friends again.
They don't even know Tomura considered them his friends.
They don't know that part of the reason why Tomura died is because between the offer to change and forget his friend or stay behind and keep their memories, Tomura refused to be anything else but the villain's hero.
Most of them didn't get to hear Compress revealing his identity.
Toga "died" happily to save a friend, just like Twice did for her.
The last time most of the LOV saw Tomura, he wasn't himself / was possessed by AFO.
While the LOV's job was to sacrifice their lives for Tomura, it ended up being the other way around. Tomura died in their names and they got to die however they wanted.
Touya doesn't know Toga kept his words in her heart and got to smile again <3
All of them were doomed by the narrative.
The League of Villains has by far some of the most painful or torturous deaths in the whole series.
The villains have far better healing technology 'cause they somehow managed to save Dabi from being almost completely burnt, while he was doomed to die after the bnha finale.
Being part of the LOV was the highlight of most of its members lives.
Tomura probably doesn't know how much Kurogiri saw him as his own son.
Kurogiri probably doesn't know how much Tomura loved him, despite hiding it.
Spinner was probably never told Tomura's real story, so his version of the story will be forever incomplete. Even when he's Tomura's canon best friend.
Tomura saw his family die in front of him as a kid, but he died far away from all his friends.
Touya probably thought he was the last one of them to die.
Despite being called weak all his life, Spinner has to carry the burden of being the one and only last survival of the LOV.
reblog this for good luck
"Don't go breaking my heart", I say, condemning myself to my own fate
(I'm writing again y'all)
Quirks hold consciousness, which we know from AFO possessing Tomura and being haunted by the quirks he stole.
So what about decay? Did AFO accidently transfer Tenko a second conscience when we gave him decay, is that why he's constantly itchy - his body is rejecting not only the quirk but the soul too. Then, when decay manifested, the itch stopped (for a while) because the secondary conscience was able to take over. Maybe that's why Tomura couldn't remember his past before his quirk manifested, because his actual conscience was suppressed.
Then, years later, during the battle in Deika, Tomura remembers his past and claims his "head's splitting". Could be suggesting that once he was sleep deprived, Tomura's own conscience was able to 'fight back' and take control for a while to remind him of his past.
(Maybe we also have a reason for Tomura's hair turning blue and eyes red once his quirk activates? Something poetic about breaking conscience I guess)

Rereading volume 23, and why the frick does Ujiko keep saying 'ho ho ho'. Alright Santa Claus, let's calm down 💔
Guys what if I wrote a natshig fic where they ran away. Like, pre-canon, they both need to get away from AFO/Endeavor, and at least try to escape their lives. And together they're reckless and learn to love each other and learn to actually live, rather than living with Touya's grief or as AFO's puppet.
But they both also know their 'escape' will ultimately ruin their lives. That if AFO finds them first, Natsuo will be killed and Tomura will be under more surveillance. But if Endeavor finds them first, Tomura will be locked away, and Natsuo will be dragged back to pretend to be a perfect son of Endeavor.
Yet their freedom is addictive, and despite knowing it won't end pretty, they can't help but finally feel alive
Guys what if I've got six pages of a brief outline and an un depth character development plan....
This is going to be a long ride, and a can't wait
