JULY 22ND, 2026 — 9 : 17 AM
8 : 55
9 : 00
9 : 10
9 : 17
SEVENTEEN MINUTES. Seventeen minutes was all it took for Michael to make the worst first impression possible. He was late. Of course he was, who wouldn’t be late for an important meeting that could potentially change their life ?
Not that you were counting, anyway.
You were.
Which was particularly irritating considering you had made a point of arriving five minutes early, determined to avoid any delay and remain professional.
Clearly, that was one-sided.
You had known your client for exactly zero minutes, and somehow, he was already getting on your nerves. Still, his absence wasn’t entirely a bad thing. It gave you time to review the case. Again.
As if you hadn’t already done so a hundred times.
The case seemed simple enough : a woman was accusing a footballer of being the father of her child.
It could’ve been it.
Apparently, it wasn’t.
Because said footballer was now being accused of abandoning a child he claimed wasn’t his.
And that was a problem.
From what you had gathered during your late-night deep dive into the case, this wasn’t the first time this woman had tried to claim Michael was the father of her child. The timeline, however, was messy and desperately needed clearing up.
As you were playing with your pen, your eyes eventually wandered from the documents spread across the table to Michael’s manager. Calling her stressed would have been the biggest understatement of all times.
She hadn’t said a word to you yet but had check her phone four times in the last ten minutes.
You knew because, well, unfortunately, you were counting that too.
AT 9:19, the conference room door finally opened. Naturally, every head in the room turned toward the door. There he was.
A pink and brown cap pulled low over his head, like he had every intention of disappearing underneath it. His expression gave nothing away. There wasn’t no panic on his face, no visible frustration. Nothing that suggested his name had been dragged across the internet for the past twenty-four hours.
He looked entirely too calm for someone currently sitting at the centre of a public relations disaster.
And he wasn’t alone.
A man you assumed to be his lawyer followed closely behind him, already apologizing to the room before the door was even closed.
Michael, however, said nothing.
You eyes dropped to your watch.
Then back to him.
Nineteen minutes.
Great start.
His eyes eventually found yours from across the room.
You held his gaze. He held yours.
Neither of you smiled. Because, what was there to smile about ? First meeting and you’re late ?
“Nice of you to join us.”
The room went quiet.
His manager shifted uncomfortably in her seat. His lawyer glanced in your direction, and for half a second, you could practically hear your boss telling you to behave.
Fortunately for you, your boss wasn’t here.
Michael looked at you for another second before pulling out the chair opposite yours.
“Hello.”
You blinked. Was he crazy ? You watched him sit down.
“You’re late.”
His eyes lifted back to yours.
“By nineteen minutes.”
A beat of silence.
“The meeting was at nine o’clock.”
“I know.”
Oh. Great great great.
You leaned back slightly in your chair, smiling only a bit.
“Do you ?”
His manager closed her eyes for half a second. What a great start. Michael’s expression barely changed, but something shifted in his eyes. He was looking at you properly now.
“I was caught in traffic. Sorry.”
“Right.”
“There was traffic.”
“In this city ?” You nodded slowly. “At nine in the morning ? Sure.”
He stared at you. You stared back. Again. “Who could have possibly predicted that ?”
His lawyer cleared his throat. Loudly. If he wanted to be funny, you’d be hilarious.
“Perhaps we should start.”
You kept your eyes on Michael for another second before looking down at the file in front of you.
“Yeah.”
You opened it. And that’s when you were glad your boss wasn’t here.
“We only lost nineteen minutes, after all.”
You could tell this was going to be difficult.
THE NEXT TWENTY MINUTES did very little to change your mind.
“The priority is getting ahead of this before it develops any further,” his manager explained. “We’ve already had several calls this morning.”
“How many ?” You asked, letting your pen repeatedly tap onto the table.
She hesitated.
You looked up from your notes. “How many ? You can tell me.”
“Seven.”
“From who ?” You asked again.
“Two indirect sponsors. The club. His agent. A journalist. And—”
“Three journalists actually,” the lawyer corrected.
You stopped writing.
Three ?
That was worse than you had expected.
“Have any of them been given a comment ?”
“No.”
“Good. That’s good.” There wasn’t any worse felling than to begin to work with badly written comments.
Michael sat across from you, one arm resting against the table, his expression unreadable. You had been in the room with him for nearly half an hour now.
So far, you had heard him say approximately twelve words.
His manager continued.
“The club wants this handled quickly. They don’t want the story gaining any more traction, especially with everything coming up.”
Of course they didn’t. Who would want their club to be tied to any of this nonsense ?
You glanced at the documents in front of you. The timing of the allegations was almost impressively inconvenient.
“What about the indirect sponsors ? Don’t you have direct sponsors ?” You turned to Michael, waiting for him to answer.
“I’m not directly tied to a brand.”
“They want reassurance.” His lawyer added, sensing you’d need a bit more.
“Which we can’t give them yet.”
Another silence.
You looked around the table. His manager looked worried. His lawyer looked cautious.
The other members of his team looked like they would rather be anywhere else.
And Michael ?
You looked at him once again.
Michael looked bored.
Or tired.
You couldn’t quite tell which.
“We were thinking of releasing a statement today,” his manager said.
“No.” The answer left your mouth immediately.
Everyone looked at you.
Everyone except Michael. His gaze was already on you.
“Well, we’ll need to respond eventually,”
“I know.”
“The longer we wait—”
“The longer we wait, the more people speculate. I understand that.” You closed the file. “But see, releasing a statement before I know exactly what we’re responding to would be stupid.”
His lawyer shifted in his chair.
“We know what we’re responding to.” He says, repositioning his glasses on the bridge of his nose.
“No, you know what she’s accusing him of. Big difference.”
You nodded toward Michael.
“I don’t know what actually happened.”
That finally earned you something. A slight movement of his head. It was barely noticeable. But you noticed.
You always did.
“Until I have a complete timeline, I’m not putting his name under anything. One inconsistency between what we say today and what comes out tomorrow, and suddenly we’re not managing one story anymore. We’re explaining why we lied.”
Nobody answered.
Good.
“So.”
You placed your pen down. “Has anyone in this room actually spoken to Michael about what happened?”
His manager looked at his lawyer.
His lawyer looked at Michael.
Michael looked at you.
You waited.
Nobody said anything.
Unbelievable.
You had spent almost thirty minutes listening to people discuss Michael’s reputation, his career, his sponsors and his alleged child. And somehow, nobody seemed particularly interested in hearing from Michael.
Except you.
Everyone in the room seemed perfectly capable of speaking for Michael. The problem was that eventually, Michael would have to speak for Michael.
“Right.”
You leaned back in your chair. You gestured the door to both his lawyer and his manager.
“I need the room. Please.”
His manager frowned. “What ?”
“I need to speak to him alone.”
The lawyer immediately straightened. “I don’t think—”
“You can stay outside.”
His eyebrows rose.
You smiled politely.
“I won’t be long. I promise.”
Michael’s eyes remained on you. For the first time since he had arrived, there was something almost amused in them.
Great.
At least one of you was enjoying this.
The door clicked shut behind the last person.
SILENCE SETTLED over the conference room. It was not necessary a heavy one. It was the type of silence that only occurred when people were searching where to begin.
You looked at Michael.
Michael looked at you.
For the hundredth time today.
Neither of you spoke.
Ten seconds passed. Then fifteen.
Most people would have looked away by now. Reached for their phone. Shifted in their seat. Done something to fill the silence.
Michael did none of those things.
He simply sat there, one arm resting against the chair, his eyes fixed on you with the same unreadable calm he had worn since walking into the room.
You reached for your pen. “Do you know the woman who made the allegations ?”
“Yes.”
“How ?”
“We met before I got transferred.”
You waited.
He didn’t continue.
“Michael.” His eyes lifted fully to yours.
“That generally means I’m waiting for the rest of the sentence.”
“There isn’t one.”
You stared at him.
He stared back. Not defensively. Not uncomfortably. If anything, he looked entirely too comfortable with silence.
Again, you had dealt with difficult clients before.
Actors who thought every question was a trap. CEOs who suddenly developed selective amnesia the second lawyers entered the room. Influencers who believed deleting a post also deleted the screenshots.
You could handle quiet. But this ? This was new.
“Fine. When did you meet her ?”
“A few years ago.”
“When ?”
“I don’t remember.”
“You don’t remember the year ?”
A pause.
“2023.”
You wrote it down. “Where ?”
“At a party.”
“What kind of party ?”
His eyes narrowed slightly.
“Does that matter ?”
“It does.”
“Why ?”
You stopped writing. “Because if twenty people saw you leave together, that’s different from nobody knowing you were ever in the same room.”
For the first time, something shifted in his expression. It was small. A slight easing around his eyes. The faintest tilt of his head as he looked at you.
Not surprise.
More like reassessment.
As though, until now, he hadn’t quite understood what you were doing.
You held his gaze. “What kind of party ?”
“A private one.”
“Where ?”
“In London.”
“Whose ?”
His expression changed again.
You waited. Nothing.
Of course.
Instead of insisting, you made a small question mark beside de question. “I’ll come back to that later.”
Something almost amused flickered across his face.
Almost.
You continued. “Were you in a relationship ? I’m talking about dating.”
“No.”
“Did you sleep together ?”
His jaw tightened.
There.
Your first real reaction. You waited.
“That necessary ?”
“Very.”
He looked away from you for the first time. His gaze moved somewhere past your shoulder before coming back to you, his expression already composed again.
But you had seen it.
“Michael.”
“Yes.”
Your pen touched the paper.
“How many times ?”
His eyes came back to yours. You could almost see the calculation happening behind them.
“What ?”
“You heard me.”
“Once.”
You wrote it down.
Then stopped.
“Are you sure ?”
“Yes.”
That was fast.
Too fast ? You slowly looked up to him.
You had learned a long time ago that people were rarely most revealing when they lied. They were most revealing when they wanted you to stop asking.
Michael didn’t seem to be lying. That didn’t mean he was telling you everything.
You underlined the word once.
“Why does she have messages from you ?”
“We spoke.” His tone supplied the rest.
Obviously.
“Before or after ?”
“Both.”
“For how long ?” He shrugged.
You stared at him for two seconds.
He stared back at you for two more.
Your pen landed on the table.
“Here’s what’s going to happen.”
His eyebrows lifted slightly.
“I’m going to ask you questions. You’re going to answer them. Preferably using more than three words at a time. I hope I was clear.”
The corner of his mouth moved.
Barely.
Was he smiling ? No.
Absolutely not.
“Something funny ?”
“No.”
“Good. How long did you stay in contact ?”
“A few months.”
“Romantically ?”
“No.”
“Sexually ?”
“No.”
“Did you meet again ?”
“Yes.”
Your fingers tightened around your pen.
“How many times ?”
“I don’t know.”
“You just told me you slept together once.”
“I did.”
“But you met multiple times.”
“Yes.”
You studied him. There was a distinction there. And he wanted you to notice it.
“What was the nature of those meetings ?”
For once, he didn’t answer immediately. His gaze dropped on your hand. More specifically to the pen between your fingers. Then back to your face.
“We met a few times after that night. Sometimes alone, sometimes with other people. We talked. Nothing happened again.”
An actual answer, a complete one. You almost wanted to congratulate him.
Instead, you wrote it down.
“Why did you keep seeing her ?”
And just like that, whatever small opening had appeared disappeared.
“I don’t know.”
There he was. You resisted the urge to sigh.
“So you weren’t dating.”
“No.”
“You weren’t sleeping together.”
“Not after that night.”
“You weren’t friends.”
“No.”
“But you continued seeing each other.”
“Yes.”
You slowly lowered your pen. Michael watched you do it. “Do you enjoy making simple things unnecessarily complicated?”
This time, you saw it.
Definitely.
The smallest hint of a smile touched the corner of his mouth.
“Sometimes.”
Oh. So he could speak.
Good to know.
You ignored it. “Have you ever met the child ?”
The trace of amusement disappeared.
“No.”
“Has she contacted you privately about the child ?”
“Yes.”
“When ?”
“Last year.”
“And ?”
“I told her it wasn’t mine.”
“You told her.”
“Yes.”
“Was a paternity test done ?”
“No.”
“Why not?”
“Because I’m not the father.”
Your pen stopped. The certainty in his voice was different this time.
No hesitation.
No careful selection of words.
Nothing.
You watched him. He watched you back.
But there was no challenge in his expression now.
Only certainty.
“How do you know ?”
His expression closed again.
“I just know.”
“That isn’t an answer.”
“It is. It’s mine.”
“Not one I can use.”
“You’re not supposed to use any of this.”
You went still. There it was. The test.
So that was what this had been.
You slowly leaned back in your chair.
“No. I’m supposed to use it to make sure that when someone shoves a microphone in your face and asks you a question you weren’t expecting, I already know the answer.”
His eyes stayed on yours.
You continued.
“And if you lie to me now, I can’t protect you from the truth later.”
Silence.
Neither of you moved. For the first time, Michael wasn’t looking at you like someone he had been forced into a room with. He was actually looking at you.
Assessing.
Reconsidering.
And you let him.
Something shifted in his expression. It was barely there.
But enough.
That landed.
You picked your pen back up.
“So I’ll ask you once.”
His posture changed almost imperceptibly.
You noticed.
Of course you did.
You held his gaze.
“Is there any possibility that child is yours ?”
For the second time since the meeting started, he didn’t answer immediately.
One second.
His eyes remained on yours.
Two.
Nothing in his expression changed.
Three.
But there was something about the way he was looking at you now.
Not uncertainty.
Not quite.
You had spent the entire conversation trying to read him. And suddenly, you had the distinct impression that he was doing the exact same thing to you.
“No.”
You didn’t move.
Neither did he.
The silence stretched between you again, except this time it felt different. At the beginning of the meeting, Michael’s silence had been a wall. Now it felt deliberate. A conversation neither of you was willing to have out loud.
You watched him.
He watched you right back.
And there it was.
Your first problem.
Because you believed that he believed what he was saying.
You just weren’t convinced you had the whole story.

my first ever ff...
Synopsis: Michael Olise x reader, Second-Chance Romance, the two dated before, but Olise had broken up with reader due to miscommunication and a one-sided relationship. Reader thought they would never see him again, but fate had other plans. It's all over the place, sorry.
Finding yourself back at his apartment was not how you thought your day would end. Looking around that place you had called home two years ago made you feel a sudden, profound saudade. It was sickening. You were not supposed to be here in the first place. You were supposed to hate this love-sickening feeling, to hate this place, but more importantly, to hate him. The way things ended should have brought you to your senses that nothing good would come out of this happening.
Those two years should have made you refuse even approaching him at that idiotic party your sponsors had pushed you to go to. ‘Let's go and make a good impression. The more clients, the better.’ They had said. Guilt tripping was the better way to put it. You knew people from different backgrounds and fields would be attending it. Hollywood stars, famous singers who had sold stadium after stadium, athletes. Their clothes dazzling, bright smiles. It was all fake. Four years in this industry and you had learned a thing or two. None of them cared abt a fundraising party. It just added more to their crazy schedule.
So for that matter, you had agreed to attend. A few interviews and small talk here and there, and you would go home. That’s where you were wrong.
Your first mistake of the night.
When you said a bunch of celebrities would be there, you didn’t think HE would be there. But there he was in his all-black, loose-fitting outfit. His hair was tied up. He looked a bit taller from last time, and he was actually… laughing. A sincere laugh, seemed to enjoy himself at this party.
Maybe it was the drinks or how overwhelmed you had been all day, but you swear he looked your way. One eye contact, one second, and then it was gone. It can't be real. Just your eyes pulling tricks on you. You knew better than to fall back into your past.
There goes your second one.
After the breakup, you had done a good job of maintaining your mental health. And by that you meant forgetting abt him. Avoiding parties or places you knew he would attend. Trying not to associate yourself with stuff that you knew would remind you of him. But looks like fate had other ideas.
That same fate, if there was any in your favor your whole life, had brought you to your third mistake.
‘Is it one tho?’ This single thought kept popping up in your brain. What did you have to think this way? Why these kinds of thoughts all of a sudden? Gosh, you hated yourself so much. But how come you couldn’t hate him for inviting you over? You couldn’t. The alcohol had taken the best of you. You hated that version of yourself. They say drunk people are more likely to spit the truth or say what really goes on their mind. Every time you went out with friends, all that ‘I've moved on’ act, it was all on shembells. Your friends laughed at how silly you sounded.
And here you found youself laying on his couch, him on top of you. One of his hands caressing your cheek as the other rested on the back of the couch. Eyes closed. A euphoric kiss. It started with whining and hands all over each other. All too much pressure. You didn’t want to stop. Not a single muscle on your body fought him or the kiss. Your body was burning. This aching to feel him close. Once your hand touched his face, it didn’t seem to let go. Same goes for him. Every kiss grew deeper and more blissful.
The room had been quiet since you stepped foot into it, and now the only thing you could hear was your heartbeat and his words. Breathless. Every in-between kiss was cut with a ‘please’, ‘let me hold you again’, and kept going. You swear you would remember if you weren't lost in the sensation. Your blood was flowing so fast, your heartbeat crazy, both your bodies producing body heat, sweaty foreheads, and yet he looked at you so hungrily.
‘My pretty girl’
Your stomach dropped. That love-sick look on his face, it wasn’t lust; you knew Michael enough to know that. But how??
It seemed like the whole world didn’t matter to him anymore. And as if hearing your thoughts, he says. ‘My pretty’ -kiss- ‘ girl’ -kiss- ‘only you’. He pulled away for a second to look at you. One of his hands went up to put away some strands of hair that had fallen on your forehead.
‘Look at you,’ he said. And then he attacks you with his mouth and again stops to look at you.
Is he crying…?You are not dreaming it. Real teary eyes. From the same guy who let you go so easily after the breakup like you meant nothing to him. That’s the same Olise and yet so different. With every hold, every kiss, and eye contact.
‘My sweet, sweet girl, how stupid I was to you,’ he blurted out. ‘I was such a terrible person; I made you cry, I hurt you without thinking twice. But oh, since that day I've regretted every second. Hated myself for how I treated the one I loved the most.’
The words hit you like a million bricks at once. You were left speechless. What was u to say to him? Tears formed under your eyes as he wiped them down. But they never stopped. How could they? His soft touch on your face, his eyes looking at you with such pain, regret, shame, but also…love at the same time had you weak. You wanted to cry too. All those empty feelings you had made yourself believe had been thrown away by only some words. You never really got rid of him. He ran in your mind 24/7. Crying at yourself in the mirror bc what you could have done differently. The if-only questions haunted your sleep. But all those voices and cries were quiet now. Your head still buzzing, but in his arm it felt calmer. You tried so hard to force yourself to think that you and him would never work out, but it seemed like fate had other plans. You wanted to melt under his touch. Before he led down to kiss you, he said something in between the lines of ‘I like the way you-’ before your mouths clashed together.
Pulled away. ‘I like the way you kiss me.’ You looked at him, laughed. This feeling felt familiar. Before telling him, ‘I can tell you miss me’. ‘You have no idea,’ you shot back as you reached for him again.

anyone else fallen for the pervybsf! x reader propaganda..?
just me.. okay!
can I request of memo Ochoa where he helps his gf relax after a long day at her work?
Come Here, Mi Amor
A/N: Thank You For Requesting. I Hope You Enjoy it. Please Follow, Like, And Reblog.
The second you walked through the front door and Memo knew. He didn’t even have to ask as he could see your shoulders were slumped. Your work bag practically fell from your hand. You didn’t even say your usual, “I’m home.” Instead you just let out a really long sigh.
Memo looked up from the couch. He had been watching one of his old matches, but the moment he saw you the TV became the least important thing in the room. He muted it immediately. “Mi amor?” You looked up and offered him a tired smile. “Hi.” He frowned. “Come here.”
You didn’t argue you only slowly walked over until you were standing in front of him. Before you could say another word Memo gently wrapped his arms around your waist. Pulling you against his chest you melted instantly.
“Long day?” You nodded into his shoulder. “Mhm.” “Wanna tell me about it?” You sighed. “Can I just stay like this for a minute?” Memo smiled. “You can stay like this all night if you want.”
Neither of you spoke as Memo simply held you. One hand rubbed slow circles across your back while the other rested gently at the base of your neck. His chin rested on top of your head and every few seconds he’d press a soft kiss into your hair. After a couple of minutes, he quietly asked, “Better?” “A little.” He smiled. “Good.”
He gently pulled back just enough to look at you. “You haven’t eaten, have you?” You shook your head. “I wasn’t really hungry.” Memo gave you a look. “The one that says you’ve forgotten to eat because you were too busy?” “…Maybe.” He chuckled softly. “I thought so.”Without another word, he took your hand. “C’mon.”“Where are we going?” “The kitchen.”
While you sat on the counter, Memo moved around the kitchen like he’d done it a thousand times. He pulled leftovers out of the fridge and started warming them up. Occasionally glancing over to make sure you were still smiling.
“You know Memo.” You watched him. “Hm?” “You don’t have to do all this.” He looked over his shoulder. “I know.” “Then why do you?” He smiled. “Because taking care of you makes me happy.”
A few minutes later, he set a plate in front of you. “Eat please.” You smiled. “Yes, sir.” He laughed. “There’s my girl.” You laughed. “Your girl?” “Yes, my girl the one that jokes with me. I missed her today.”
Once dinner was finished Memo disappeared down the hallway. You frowned already missing him and his warmth. “Memo?” “I’ll be right back!”
A minute later he returned carrying one of your soft blankets. He also had your favorite hoodie of his and a bottle of lavender lotion. You couldn’t help but laugh.“What is all this?” He smiled proudly. “My relaxation plan.”
He spread the blanket over both of you as you curled up together on the couch. “Lay down.” You rested your head in his lap without hesitation. It had become your favorite place after long days. His fingers immediately found your hair. Slowly combing through it massaging your scalp. He was gentle and patient never rushing
Your eyes fluttered closed. “Mmm…” Memo smiled.“Feels nice?” “So nice.” “Amor.” He continued playing with your hair. “I hate knowing you’ve had a bad day.” “I know.” “I can’t fix your work.” “No.” “But” He leaned down and kissed your forehead. “I can make sure you never face it alone.” Your eyes watered. “You always know what to say.” “I’ve had lots of practice.”
A comfortable silence filled the room. The only sounds were the TV playing quietly in the background and Memo absentmindedly humming as his fingers traced soothing circles along your scalp.
A few minutes later he noticed your breathing had slowed. He looked down and saw you were asleep. You were curled against him. Still wearing your work clothes and using his hoodie as a makeshift pillow.
Memo smiled to himself. “So tired my sleeping beauty”He whispered softly. He carefully leaned over, grabbing the remote to turn the TV off. Then he tucked the blanket around you a little tighter. Before kissing your forehead one last time. “Sleep, mi amor.” “You’ve done enough for today.” As if you heard him you sleepily reached for his hand without opening your eyes. He chuckled quietly, intertwining your fingers. “I’ve got you.”
And he stayed exactly where he was, letting you sleep peacefully in his lap for the rest of the evening, knowing that after taking care of everyone else all day, you finally had someone taking care of you.

you love the teddy suguru got you
suguru’s hips were merciless, drilling into you with a force that had you jolting forward with each heavy thrust. your thoughts were scattered, brain turned to mush by his continuous abuse to your poor cunt.
you were reaching out for something—anything—to ground yourself, your pillows were askew, either tossed aside or lodged under your hips. your fingers brushed the soft fur of your teddy bear, the one suguru had won for you at the arcade on your first date. without even thinking you grabbed onto the soft toy, bringing it closer and biting down on its ear to try and anchor yourself.
his hips never faltered, too caught up in the way your pussy sucked him in to notice you crying into the stuffed toy. suguru drove into your cunt over and over, your tight walls clamping down with each retract of his dick.
you whined into the teddy, drool soaking the fabric of its ear. poor thing was squished against your chest, already damp with your sweat. your nails dug into its fur as suguru angled his hips to hit that sweet spot so deep within your walls that it had you screaming, voice muffled by the teddy.
What did I do??
☆Summary: You suddenly call him by his name instead of any kind of nicknames and Michael panics.

If there is one thing that Michael learned to fear in the relationship, it would be the rare anger he would’ve incurred within you, his usually tolerant fiance.
“Michael, can you help me out here?”
He and his brothers immediately looked over to you from where they had gathered on the couch with matching alarmed expressions before turning to him with questions in their gazes.
“Mikey, what did you do to your lady?”

jobe bellingham x reader
when denise starts worrying that jobe has become distant while living in germany, she asks jude to check on him. expecting to find an overworked footballer, jude instead walks in on an awkward surprise before finally meeting the girl who’s completely changed jobe’s life.

jude had always thought jobe was the easiest one to worry about.
out of the two of them, jobe had always been the quiet one. the one who never made a fuss, never caused trouble, never needed anyone hovering over him. growing up, he was the kid who would disappear into his room for hours, only emerging when dinner was ready or someone called his name. if something upset him, he kept it to himself. if something made him happy, he’d smile to himself before telling anyone else. he had always carried his emotions like fragile glass.
everyone had assumed that meant he was fine because jobe had always seemed so capable. so mature. so independent.
he was the type of person who insisted he could carry all the shopping bags himself. who’d say, “i’ve got it,” before anyone even offered to help. the type who checked everyone else was okay before even considering how he was feeling.
if anyone could survive living abroad on his own, it was jobe. or at least that’s what jude had always believed. apparently, denise wasn’t so convinced anymore.
“he barely calls,” denise sighed over the phone one evening.
jude leaned back against the sofa, his phone balanced between his shoulder and ear while absentmindedly flicking through channels on the television.
“when he does call, he’s distracted. he sounds tired. i ask him what he’s been doing and all i get is, ‘i’ve just been busy, mum.’”
“mum…” jude chuckled softly. “he’s twenty.”
“i know he’s twenty but he’s still my baby.”
jude smiled despite himself. that sentence had never changed. not when jude moved away. not when he signed his first professional contract. not when either of them became adults. to denise, they’d always be her boys.
he glanced across the living room where ashlyn was curled up in the corner of the sofa, scrolling aimlessly on her phone.
she looked up when she noticed him smiling. “what?”
he mouthed, “my mum.” ashlyn smiled knowingly.
“what do you want me to do?” jude asked into the phone.
“go and see him.”
“…seriously?”
“please.” denise pleaded. “i don’t know why, jude. i just have this feeling.”
he rubbed the back of his neck. “okay.”
“promise?”
“…i promise.”
—
which was exactly how, on his only free day that week, jude found himself standing outside jobe’s apartment building in germany with ashlyn beside him.
she tucked her hands into the pockets of her jacket as they looked up at the building. “your mum’s convinced he’s joined a cult, isn’t she?”
jude laughed. “honestly, i think she’d believe that before she’d believe he’s got a girlfriend.”
ashlyn snorted. “fair.”
they made their way upstairs, jude pulling the spare key from his pocket. their mum had insisted he keep it months ago.
“just in case.”
at the time, he’d rolled his eyes. now, he was quietly grateful she’d been stubborn.
the apartment was still. peaceful. the sort of silence that only existed in homes people genuinely enjoyed being in.
jude stepped inside first. “jobe?”
no answer. he frowned.
then he heard voices, soft and muffled coming from somewhere further down the hallway. he froze instantly. ashlyn nearly walked into his back. “what?”
jude slowly lifted one finger to his lips.
she frowned as he tilted his head ever so slightly towards the hallway. the voices became clearer.
not words. moans.
and then “…oh.” the realisation hit ashlyn all at once. her eyes widened so much they were almost cartoonish. “…oh.”
jude immediately turned around.“absolutely not.”
without another word, he ushered ashlyn straight back towards the front door. they closed it as quietly as they possibly could before practically speed-walking down the corridor outside.
they made it all the way to the lift before ashlyn completely lost it. she burst into laughter, the kind that made tears gather in the corners of her eyes.
“don’t.” jude pointed at her accusingly “don’t even start.”
“he’s never recovering from this.”
“i know.”
“you look traumatised.”
“because i am traumatised.”
she laughed even harder. “jude…”
“that’s my little brother.”
“he’s twenty.”
“i know he’s twenty.”
“then why do you look like you’ve just witnessed a crime?”
he pinched the bridge of his nose. “because in my head he’s still fourteen.”
“well…” she wiped beneath her eyes. “he definitely isn’t fourteen.”
jude groaned. “please stop talking about it.”
“coffee?”
“…please.”
—
they ended up spending almost an hour at a café around the corner.
or rather…
ashlyn spent an hour relentlessly teasing him while jude tried very hard to erase the last thirty seconds of his memory.
by the time they’d finished their drinks, he decided enough time had passed.
hopefully.
when they got back upstairs, he made a point of knocking loudly against the open doorway before unlocking it.
“hello?”
footsteps echoed almost immediately.
“jude?”
jobe rounded the corner, stopping so suddenly he nearly stumbled over his own feet. he was wearing a pair of grey sweatpants, put in a rush most likely as they were the wrong way, and halfway through wearing a black tee.
his eyes widened. “…what are you doing here?”
“checking you haven’t joined a cult.”
“…what?”
“long story.”
before jobe could even begin questioning him, another figure appeared behind him.
you paused beside him almost instinctively. you wore a black top (most likely jobes because it was massive) and checkered pyjama pants. you had a small limp as you walked, barely noticeable but short was the first thing jude noticed. you also looked beautiful in a soft way. you smiled shyly as you looked between the two brothers before extending a hand.
“hi… i’m y/n.”
before you even finished introducing yourself , jobe slipped yourfingers into his. he squeezed your hand automatically like he’d done it a thousand times before.
“it’s really nice to meet you both.” you spoke gently, smiling wider as you saw ashlyn.
you apologised for the apartment being a little messy, thanked them for making the trip over, and immediately asked if they’d like tea or coffee before anyone had even sat down.
and within five minutes, jude already understood why jobe sounded different these days.
there were framed photographs of the two of them decorated the shelves. one from christmas. one taken at the beach. another where you and jobe were laughing so hard the photo had blurred. a half-finished puzzle sat abandoned on the coffee table and two mugs rested beside it. a blanket had been bundled up in one corner of the sofa. there were tiny signs of both of you everywhere.
while y/n disappeared into the kitchen with ashlyn, talking about their lives, as she filled the kettle, jude finally looked at his brother. “mum’s worried sick.”
jobe sighed dramatically, dropping his head back against the sofa. “of course she is.”
“she thinks you’re shutting everyone out.”
he rubbed the back of his neck. “…i’m not.”
“then why haven’t you called?”
jobe stayed quiet for a moment. his eyes drifted towards the kitchen. towards you . “…because i’ve been happy.” his voice got quieter before saying. “i thought being independent meant doing everything alone.” he smiled to himself.“then she came along.” he laughed softly through his nose.“and suddenly i realised life didn’t actually have to feel that hard.”

Horny 3rd Year Katsuki
nsfw?
Katsuki who’s got you sat up on his lap while the two of you are aggressively making out on his bed. This hadn’t been the plan, originally you’d gone to his room to study for an upcoming final. But clearly that wasn’t happening anymore. But you couldn’t really complain, this was much more engaging.
Katsuki who’s got an arm round around your waist. His hand groping your ass, squeezing way harder than necessary. His other hand is wrapped around the back of your neck. Not allowing you to escape the messy makeout session the two of you magically fell into.
Katsuki who’ll tighten his grip around your waist. Pushing you down into him while he’s busy grinding his hips up into you. He’ll only pull away from you to hear you moan, he’s addicted to the noises that you make. Addicted to hearing you whine his name. Addicted to hearing you beg for more. Beg for his dick.
Katsuki who’s grown so used to having to kick your friends out of your dorm, just for some alone time. He has to physically drag them out, just so he can get on top of you. He likes to push you down on your own bed, towering over you. He likes trapping you under his weight. Feeling you squirm beneath him, wiggling your hips up into his; it’s not even fully intentional on your end, but it turns him on just as much.
Katsuki who’ll shift his hips to just the right angle. Grinding his clothed dick into you, huffing into your ear as he slowly gets himself off. He loves making out with you in this position, you’ve really just gotta sit there and take it. And he knows you like it by the way you tug at the hair on the back of his head. How you moan into his mouth.
Katsuki whose tongue loves your mouth. He loves brushing his tongue against your lips until you give in and allow him entry. He loves how the act takes both your breaths away, how it leaves both of you so fucking horny. You get so fucking whiny when he does it.
Katsuki who totally forgot to lock the door. So two hours later, mid makeout session the two of you are completely unprepared for Mina to barge into your dorm unannounced. And she’s definitely not alone, Kiri, Denki, and Sero are right behind her. Getting a great view of the two of you. You lie flat on the bed while Katsuki’s body lays atop yours, they can see the way his hips are grinding into yours. And they definitely see him trying to shove his tongue down your throat. They can see how red and swollen both your lips are when the two of you pull away. And they can see just how red Katsuki’s face is as he chases them out all over again…
