People always talk about Percy’s sassy remarks but the most underrated line, in my opinion, is in Blood of Olympus, in the aftermath when Nico tells Percy “Sorry, you’re not my type anymore.”

I just want to go to pretty art museums, extravagant libraries, and warm and cute coffee shops to live my best life and take pictures

People keep praising John Green for being the only original person ever to change the cliché “Always” into “‘Okay?’ ‘Okay.’” in FIOS. It’s as if Rick Riordan didn’t give us “As long as we’re together.” in MoA as Percabeth fell into Tartarus towards almost certain death.

I used to think it was cliché for love-interests to claim that their partner was just “different from the others,” but I realized that I was right to think that they aren’t different at all. The important thing was that to them they were different. That amongst all the other people, that one person stood out.

Ya’ll ever think about that on August 18th: Luke died, the war ended, Percy denied godhood, there was a shroud burning ceremony for all their dead friends, and Annabeth was over here baking a brick like cupcake with Tyson, for Percy.

We all want the PJO tv series until we see Talos rise from the junkyard and Bianca sacrifice herself for the sake of the quest.
