Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, tau pok, Dodo fish balls, and spring onion. The noodle is exquisite - nice thickness and just a perfect texture to them. What’s more is that in the exact time called for, they’re perfect. Good chewiness. The broth is a luxuriant thick curry - not overly strong but exactly and just right.
