I've somehow gone so far in life without spoiling anything about this. As of a few weeks ago I thought L and Light were the same person.

The only thing I know?

There's a detective who doesn't wear shoes

A weird skinny tall demon thing in assuming gives the MC the death note or tells him how it works

Fuck the imagery in the opening too. The entire intro is an absolute BANGER and I'm so excited for this alr

12 minutes in and Light's already losing it

I was surprised at how much he had written but honestly in 5 days a little bit of research into certain types of people it makes sense. And he does seem like someone who'd meticulously study criminals for 5 days straight to write down the ones he deemed deserved death

"can neither go to hell or heaven" okay but there's a catch right? Like something happens once they die right? They don't just go to a room with other people who've used the death note? Or does their soul just disappear?

"now you have something to look forward to after you die" okay yeah so there's definitely a catch

There's def some kind of irony that's lost on me about Ryuk telling Light to not be vain that I'll recognize later

Apparently Chat's baton has an x-ray level blueprint of the Le Grand Paris which implies that the miraculous gives them in-depth internal blueprints of the buildings in Paris (and maybe more) and now I have questions about the Agreste manor and how they want a bigger deal

At many point the animation was that bad. It wasn't horrendous but it was off putting enough to feel wrong

We no longer get the music with the transformations and I need it back

Chloe redemption really could have been THAT good and I just feel like I've witnessed a murder done with an rusted knife

It's very obvious that they were playing the long game with certain themes just waiting for the show to become popular for them to drop everything they had been building and honestly that's so badass

It's also pretty obvious as to when they separated from nickelodeon with how the writing, and structure shifted

25 913 TIMES. Adrien tried to save ladybug 25 913 times before returning the snake miraculous. That's three months continuous

Mr Pigeon being sent to 1630 made him the Lord Ramier Featherbottom, knight of the king, and becomes the legendary Founder of the Order of the Great Pigeon.

Chat Blanc mentions destroying memories. And while it could just be metaphorical. I like to think of it as a small foreshadow of the extent to which Chat Noirs abilities extend to later on

The first introduction of a sentimonster having control over themselves and ladybug and chat noir realizing that there's "nothing monstrous about her" with the ladybug senti-being made in "Ladybug" is really cool

"what if when I'm being silly I'm really me?" The Kagami drawing Adrien scene and when Adrien tries to show Kagami his real self with a silly pose only to falter and realizes he still doesn't have anyone he can be his true self with because Ladybug has been forgetting patrol too had me genuinely wanting to hug him my babyyyy

Roland mentions that ladybug (in the in-show superhero movie) looks exactly like Marinettes grandma

Knowing all we know now having Lila in Sabine's class makes me suspicious and not happy

Also I think I love Sabine and I know I NEED more of her

Chat Noir's staff turns into an indestructible umbrella??? (Also saying cataclysm without the intent won't activate it according to the simpleman episode)
