i wish cas had made more biblical references. especially earlier on. grumbling "we used to toss reluctant prophets into the sea to get swallowed by big fish" when dean refuses to do something on principle

being a crowstiel enjoyer is about licking on the floor for crumbs but I do genuinely have some feelings about Cas apologetic little "I thought it would have been you" when it comes to the question of who Rowena loves.

Of course this is severely undercut by whomever Rowena loves needing to be sacrificed for the spell so Castiel is absolutely volunteering Crowley to die here no questions asked but that’s just like. That’s the flavour. That’s the spice. Cas thinks Crowley is worthy of love and also wants to kill him they contain multitudes.
