Raider Zanka AU, where he is disowned by the Nijiku family and then picked up to join the raiders by Zodyl. Once he is a part of the Raiders, he decides to dye his hair red due to the fact that people in the past would say, "You would look exactly like your sister if you had the same hair color." He does so out of spite toward both Kyokua and his family.
He was constantly told growing up not to fuck up because he was "a representation of his family" whenever he made a mistake, especially as a way to keep him in line. Also, he had looked up to his sister, and despite how she treated him, he had respected her and her prowess like many others. Then, when they finally disowned him, they made a point of telling him how thoroughly they were going to distance themselves from him.
So, with the red-and-black color scheme and the obvious similarities to Kyokaâwho is basically the matriarch of the family, or at least someone held in extremely high regard within the ranks of the Hell Guardsâthe resemblance becomes impossible to ignore.
No matter how much his family tries to distance themselves from him, people will still immediately connect his actions back to them. And he gets a vindictive sort of satisfaction from knowing that everything he does will eventually make its way back to Kyoka and affect his former family's image, whether they like it or not.
