Omg today was so crazy, I almost went the whole day without eating, and I broke my fast by eating spaghetti squash w/ meat sauce!!! I am so proud of myself! I feel like a real angle ykkk

Guys I am so depressed omg, this isnt food related, its more like my real world issues, I just eat food my boyfriend and I def went over my calorie limit, it's fine its a rare date, going to continue with my routine, i am just really depressed because my dog attacked me :(. I am just sad because I guess i never thought my dog would do that to me you know, and if this continues, I may have to put him down, I do not want to right, but I will have to he continues, it's all just extremely depressing
