newsflash not wanting female people to have their own liberation movement is just regular misogyny regardless of how you justify it
I consider it a microaggression at this point
There are like dozens of terms people have made up to avoid calling themselves “bisexual” but people are hellbent on redefining “lesbian” to be inclusive of those who aren’t and will never be female homosexuals.

“It was a rebellion, it was an uprising, it was a civil rights disobedience — it wasn’t no damn riot. The cops were parading patrons out of the front door of The Stonewall at about two o’ clock in the morning. I saw this one boy being taken out by three cops, only one in uniform. Three to one! I told my pals, ‘I know him! That’s Williamson, my friend Sonia Jane’s friend.’ Williamson briefly broke loose but they grabbed the back of his jacket and pulled him right down on the cement street. One of them did a drop kick on him. Another cop senselessly hit him from the back. Right after that, a cop said to me: ‘Move faggot’, thinking that I was a Gay guy. I said, ‘I will not! And, don’t you dare touch me.” With that, the cop shoved me and I instinctively punched him right in his face. He bled! He was then dropping to the ground — not me”

at least can all we agree that the original gay flag with the magic and sex colours is BEAUTIFUL and it should make a comeback

Male Authors vs Female Authors- A Retrospective
Edgar Allen Poe- Marries first cousin when she is 13 and he is 27
Everyone- Oh my god, The Tell-Tale Heart is such a beautiful piece! Have you read it? What do you mean you didn’t like it?
Charles Dickens- Abuses wife and tries to have her diagnosed as mentally ill and committed to an asylum after blaming her for “causing him financial strain” by “choosing” to become pregnant with each of his ten children.
Everyone- What do you mean you haven’t read Oliver Twist? Don’t you appreciate classic literature? It’s so good!
Fyodor Dostoyevsky- Gambles away all of wife’s possessions, makes countless comments about how women are incapable of persistence or devotion to anything.
Everyone- I heard you like Russian literature! Have you read Crime and Punishment? Oof, well I guess you’re not a real fan then.
TS Elliot- Horribly misogynistic and antisemitic. Viewed women and Jews as responsible for all irrationality in the word and considered female sexuality disgusting and the work of “modern succubi”.
Everyone- You’ve never read a TS Elliot poem? But I thought you liked poetry. Let me email you some right now!
August Strindberg- Referred to women as “half-apes” and “instinctively evil animals” and denounced anyone who considered giving them any rights.
Lit Professors- If you refuse to read this play you’re getting an F. No I don’t care if you have personal objections. Stop being sensitive.
JK Rowling- Shares the controversial opinion that biological sex is real, and that sex-based discrimination has lived consequences.
Everyone- Oh my god, how can you still like Harry Potter? What’s it like literally advocating for violence against trans people? You’re such garbage. Just let me pick you something acceptable to read from my bookshelf containing 10,001 male authors who hated women on the basis of biological sex. Have you read Pygmalion? As long as you ignore the horrific way that women are reduced nothing more than their biological anatomy, it’s a great read!
Once you start to notice how frequently these double standards are applied in all fields it's difficult to ignore.
Also Tolstoy, Lovecraft, the list goes on
