Salutations, friends! And furthermore, we welcome ourselves to a wonderful happy new year!! What is it...uhhh- 2026!? Already!? Wow, I really can't believe it (no seriously I think something is up with my calendar)!!

I sometimes get searing pain in my feet, the best way I’ve found to combat it is to slowly press my feet against a cool (not cold) surface like tile, then stay off my feet for a while

Oh yes, I have been told that one of the ways to combat such pain is by pressing your soles on a comfortable surface, however, in my case, tile is quite a medium task to find - or good tile to walk on at least - and there are many surfaces that I don't exactly feel comfortable with either way, but as with all things, I can certainly adapt...hopefully!

Hey Quint, marry Christmas

Yowzers! I can't believe I'm so late! Apologies everyone, but I do want to wish everyone a VERY holly jolly Christmas, and to enjoy the 11 days after that were so methodically placed after it! I really hope you all got wonderful gifts this year! We've all gotten our gifts as well, but arguably, I still think June's is the best one out of ours (considering I played a heavy part in the creation of it haha!)

Running so much has made the soles of my feet burn sometimes. Does anyone else get that? And if so, what do you guys do to combat such pain?

September is rolling around friends! That means another school semester has started for most of you -- can't really imagine what that's like anymore...in an odd way, I sort of miss it.
