Meta knight’s cape always looked so graceful and flowy billowing in the wind in the anime.

Lucario’s aura sensors always looks so graceful and flowy when they are blowing in the wind. Looks like they start billowing around at the slightest gust of wind, almost like dog ears.

Here is a colorized final version of the climatic manga panel from chapter 190. This time around I really tried to focus on some atmospheric effects as well as some character movement. I hope you all like it. This was very fun and challenging to put together.

I have been learning how to use adobe after effects over the past week and tried animating one of my favorite manga panels from the series beastars.

There are still a few things that I want to clean up and add to this animation (like blinking effects and sky movement) but overall, I’m pretty happy with how this turned out.
