1) IMP Training Video;

The humor was spot ON during this one. Having all of them there was incredible, especially since it’s been a while since we’ve seen all of IMP interact. And obviously the return of Stolas!! I had to pause it from laughing several times. This is top form Helluva Boss.

I still chuckle thinking about “…you don’t know the alphabet??”

2) Book Report:

Listen. I am a Stolas lover. I love Moxxie. When Vivzie said we were gonna start to get Stolas in some shorts I was so worried we were gonna continue to see his life get worse before the season even starts; especially since the first sneak peak of season 3 is him having a PTSD infused panic attack. I needed my man to have one singular break.

But then we watched him make a friend. And have a good time with that friend. Probably one of the most wholesome things to come out of the Hellaverse as a whole. I really hope we see this dynamic continue in season 3. Moxxie and Stolas are cut from the same theater kid cloth.

3) Bad Drive-Zo

I love when it feels like Blitzø is just pure Brandon Rogers and this short is just that. It definitely feels like it could’ve been one of his sketches. It made me laugh outloud multiple times. Was a little crude? Yes. Am I a lot crude? Also yes. Plus any time we get to see Moxxie I am happy.

4) Chupacabra

“I’m the fucking Chupra-ca-dup-ra

Need I say l more? Also the goat killed me. I want that goat to join IMP.

5) Wee-a-boo-boo

The faces alone from Blitzø in this sketch sent me. Emberlynn is just so funny and seeing someone make Blitzø actually question his sanity was so good.

6) Antarctica:

This one is killer. It came at a time where Helluva desperately needed some humor back and this did the trick. The slurring penguins and THE CRYSTAL WITH MOXXIE made me actually scream. “I taught him that” go off Millie as you should Queen.

7) Hell’s Belle’s

A less funny, more character driven short but I liked it a lot. I love Millie and any time we get with her is good. Sallie May is also awesome. Seeing them bond and really get to be sisters was cool. I’d love a sequel to this one honestly.

8) Whacked Off

The only one of the shorts to make me cry. That ending with Moxxie breaking down in Millie’s arms was so sad. I’m glad that little sweet slice of life credit scene was there to cap it off. Moxxie deserves so much better than what he got when it comes to his father. Crimson is a monster.

9) Big Boss;

Blitzo’s praise kink carried 😂 it was a great short just not my favorite. Grey DeLisle being there was incredible.

10) Bigfoot

I was a big fan of the ending. I know it got spoiled by the merch but I had no idea going in. It made me laugh and I always love seeing IMP on a full mission. And also industry legend Tom Kenny being there is also incredible.

11) Chaz’s Funeral

This one would be number 1 instantly if Fizz had any speaking lines 😂 but I’m just so not a Chaz fan, so while I loved the meta jokes and getting to hear Moxxie go full Zim (YOU LIE) was cool, I can literally always do without Chaz the party shark

12) Orphan Time

I loved seeing Loona in a short but this one fell a little flat to me. It felt like a lot of build up for one joke and while I laughed at the joke it just wasn’t my favorite one.

13) Barbie’s Bad Day

I liked this one don’t get me wrong. I just think I’ll like it more when we get more about her in the show. I thought seeing her perspective was interesting I just wish we got like….more of who she is if that makes sense. Watching her get shit on for 6 straight minutes was just really sad. I thought it was done very well though. It was awesome seeing her throw her drugs away at the end. I really hope Barbie gets her own chance at happiness as we go into season 3. Maybe it’ll include forgiving her brother and maybe it won’t but either way, seeing her let go of that anger and move forward would be beautiful.

14) Shark Boy Summer

This is the only short I genuinely dislike please please please no more Chaz. Eric Schwartz seems like an awesome guy but the character just stresses me out 😂
