i really like that holly expanded more on max’s trial and more on max in general. it’ll make pips set-up in as good as dead even more satisfying. the fact that people are STILL simping after him when he’s become even more evil is pissing me off so bad wdym you’re writing max hastings x reader fanfic when he raped and drugged multiple women, and THEN blamed it on your dead best friend Sal, a brown man who everybody hated for years. i liked tv stanley forbes so much more than book stanley. my only wish was he interacted with pip more, i love the banter they had in the book and wished for more! having him as a security guard at the golf club worked so well

i was really confused and worried about how jamie was tied into max’s trial and how that would play off..but it made a lot of sense and deepened max’s case!

i like what they added to jamie’s character. he didn’t have much of a personality in the books lol and adding him to a band was a good addition.
