MANDATORY Martinique short morning routine
These videos are part of my new workout challenge where I plan on doing two quick exercises of my choosing every morning. I still plan on working out later during the days, typically in the afternoons, but I’m doing this so that no matter what I put in work every day. I’m sure if I’m consistent I’ll see results
