Thing to do when u get bored on study 😂😂

Its 5:25am in the morning but I hardly can sleep today. There are so many things running across my mind when I closed up my eyes. I keep on having flash back on my late grandmother and thinking about the last moments where I couldn't spend with her in her life. I realised that these few years I had left out a lot with my family when I am travelling at different places to pursue my studies. Also, I kinda realises that my parents are getting more tired recently but I not sure about the reasons. I feel like I'm helpless and clueless with all of these. I don't know how to help my parents as I not sure what's going on at home. Is it something that is very stressful for them or they are just physically tired after a day work? I totally have not clue about it. I tried to ask but then they just think not to tell me and ask me to focus on my studies as my final exams are around the corner. I tried so many ways to sleep and tried to relax myself but ended up I'm thinking more and more. So, I decides to come out with this to let out some of my thoughts and try to relief myself. I not sure how to help my family members as they all having their own problems as well. I just hope that everything will get well soon and we will get rid of those problems.
