what’s with the press erasure when it comes to the uswnt? at first i thought oh it’s a mistake and oh they just forgot, but now it’s becoming quite clear that the erasure is deliberate and i really don’t like it.
my girl has gone through so much shit bro, she’s carried the uswnt and the way they’re treating her now is absolutely disgusting. first, vlatkos response to her not being on the roster, then it was the cba signing where the ONE person who truly fought for said equal pay signing, wasn’t invited? if ANYONE deserved to be there, it was christen. and then, this post today about the spain v us game where they posted players who didn’t score the game winning goal that they’re celebrating so much now? when person who scored the game winning goal wasn’t posted?
am i just reading into this? or are they really tryna erase the one reason i became a fan of the team?
