Every 4 years, the USA is united in our hatred of Alexi Lalas and the FOX coverage of the World Cup.

The USMNT has made improvements over the years but this is more so about Paraguay seemingly collapsing. They’re much better than how they’re playing. It’s like the moment is too big for them or something.

One of the best stories of the World Cup so far is the Algeria-Kansas connection. Lawrence has treated the Algerian NT so well that Algerians have started asking about Kansas sports teams and how to support their football clubs and everyone from Kansas is like “No, don’t tell them about Sporting KC. Don’t scare our new friends away”😆😆😆

There are a lot of very valid concerns/complaints regarding the World Cup in the USA but one complaint I will not entertain is the time zone difference. I was getting up 2am to watch the World Cup when it was in Qatar. Either set your alarm or watch it later on replay.
