Hi There! I’m a 27 year old Canadian woman, and new mom, who is on a weight loss journey. As of July 1st, 2013 I will be starting a 6 week trial of a vegetarian lifestyle and I also count calories, trying to stay between 1400 and 1600. I will also be doing a custom running plan to accomplish my first 5k, 10k, and half marathon. From there I will see where the path leads me. I am wanting to go from 240 lbs to 135 lb. Goal One: 215 Goal Two:199 Goal Three: 185 Goal Four: 175 Goal Five: 165 Goal Six: 155 Goal Seven: 145 Goal Eight: 135 - Shopping Spree!!! Woot Woot! ;-)

Day 8 - no sugar or white flour!

So far things are going really well! I still feel super tempted to go off my plan and eat ALL the CHOCOLATE in the world!!! lol... But I've resisted temptation and been trekking along :-) Breakfast was an egg frittata with spinach and tomatoes. Lunch was a chicken breast and a salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing. Dinner was fajita style Chicken with bell peppers and onion, minus the tortillas! Also roasted broccoli on the side. It was delish! I'm definitely going to be having that again lol! Anyways all, I hope you're all happy and healthy! xoxo
