Blaine smiled hearing her question and nodded a little. “Sure! What’d you have in mind?” He asked curiously. Sure, Blaine’s opinion on Quinn was changing. But for Blaine, he didn’t see it as a bad change. If anything, he was understanding more the reasoning behind why Quinn was the way she was. He could only imagine keeping a pregnancy a secret then having to give the baby up. It made sense for her to act this way. But at the same time, he knew she needed help and needed someone to not judge her for her choices. And Blaine wanted to be that person for her.

The anger Rachel was feeling turned to sadness as Quinn screamed at her. All she had done was try and help. She always had a high hope they would eventually become friends. It sounded ridiculous but Rachel was always worried about her roommate. If she was doing okay in class or where was late at night and into the early morning hours. Would she admit it now? Probably not. Especially since her attempts still were unwanted. “Fine.” The brunette sighed, her eyes falling to the ground, glancing at the shattered glass. “Enjoy whatever is in that thing. And good luck wasting your life.” She turned on her heel, heading out the door before she stopped short. “Oh and Quinn?” She turned around. “Have a little faith in yourself and the people around you. They might want to be there for you. More than you even know.”

No one was there for her until she ended up an addict and that’s the truth. No one said anything until it bothered them. Rachel was her roommate, therefore all of these things were happening in her midst and Quinn was under the impression that, that was the only reason why she cared. She scoffed, trailing after Rachel-- she couldn’t just let this go. “If you care so much, then where the hell were you a year ago, huh? I disappeared from school for nine fucking months and no one batted an eyelash.” Tears sprang to her eyes at this point, voice and body quivering. “And now that it’s too late to do anything, you want to show up, acting like you care?” She harshly wiped away her tears, flesh left raw from the rough cloth of her sleeve. “It’s too late to get your charity points or brownie points, or whatever the hell it is you’re looking for here.” Most of what she said was choppy and didn’t make a lick of sense. Her excuse was the withdrawals and the fact that Rachel had ruined her last vial. 

“You can thank me when you decide to do the right thing.” Blaine told her, noticing that she wasn’t looking at him anymore. “And I know it’ll be hard, but it would be worth it in the long run. And like I said, I’d be more than happy to help in any way I can.” He told her, going to grab a pillow and some blankets for her. “Just think about the offer, okay?” He said setting things up on his couch for her.

Blaine sighed out of frustration. “Getting high isn’t going to help anything. I think you know that.” He told her, finally standing back up. “You can sleep here if you want to tonight. Or you know where the door is at. Don’t be sorry. I just wish you’d let me help.” He told her, not wanting to push the subject right now.

“Then tell me for goodness sakes! I can’t read your mind.” She huffed, resting her hands on her hips. They both were stubborn and it seemed like they were going to kill each other before either of them gave anything up. “I want to helo you Quinn, but you don’t say anything. You just mope around all day and get high. I’m sick of it. And I know you don’t want to feel this way anymore so just let me in. Tell me what’s wrong. I believe we are friends, whether you think so or not, Fabray.” 

“Did you ever think in that stupid head of yours that I don’t want to tell you? I don’t want to be friends with you, I don’t want to get involved with you, I don’t want to be roommates with you, and I definitely don’t want your help.” At this point, she was full-out yelling. She’d be surprised if they didn’t get a call from the residence hall supervisors. But then again, they never batted an eye at the smell of weed. With all her might, she pushed Rachel back with a grunt. She was never one to resort to physical violence, but then again, she was also never one to get fucked up in her spare time. 

Blaine didn’t take her snapping at him personal. Between the subject and her going through a withdrawl, Blaine expected it. “You know there’s other people who care about you, right? Like me…” He said pointing to himself. “Others too. Rachel cares. I can tell whenever I’m over at your guys’ dorm room. You don’t have to dress like this or do the drugs or drink the alcohol or anything else, Quinn. And if it’s something you want to get out of, I’d be happy to help you.”

She glared at Quinn as the girl stood up, threatening her. “Are you serious? There is no way I’m going to let you ruin your life by doing… That.” She pointed to the ground where they smashed needle was laying. “This is my dorm too. And I don’t want any more drugs coming in or out understand?” She pointed her finger at Quinn. “You don’t need all of this.” She threw her arms up in the air. “You’re better than this, Quinn.” 

Quinn created fists with her hands instinctively, wanting to punch or kiss the girl so fucking badly. Anything to get the loud-mouthed diva to shut up. Instead, she uncurled her hands, bringing one up to poke her front with every enunciated word she spoke, “You don’t tell me what to do. Guess what, princess, this is my dorm too. So that means I can bring whatever drugs i want to, and whenever.”She huffed, “I thought we had this conversation. You don’t know me, you don’t know what I’ve been through. You don’t know what I do or don’t deserve. So butt out.” 

Blaine kept his eyes on the girl in front of him. He frowned a little listening to her. “Did you put the baby up for adoption then?” He asked her curiously since he knew Quinn wasn’t hiding a baby here. “Is that why you started dressing and acting this way?” He asked her, not even having any sort of filter now since he was too curious about the whole situation now.

Blaine’s eyes widened at what Quinn said. Or well, what she partially said. He had no idea she had been pregnant before and wasn’t really sure if he should ask about it. But being the curious person he was, Blaine knew he wouldn’t be able to hold back any questions. “You were pregnant?” He asked as if she hadn’t just said that. “I didn’t know that. When was this?” He asked, reaching up to wipe some of the tears away from her eyes gently. “And it’s okay to cry you know.”

Rachel walked down the hallways and towards her room, hearing loud, profanity-based music coming from behind there door. She rolled her eyes, Quinn probably had the skanks over. Which meant she’d have to practice somewhere more quiet. She unlocked the door, pushing it open. She looked around, unable to see anyone. So the pink-haired teen must’ve been alone in her room. Rachel didn’t bother knocking as she opened the door, catching quinn with a needle and something else foreign to her but she knew it wasn’t good. “Q!” She yelled, rushing over and knocking the syringe out of her hand. “What the fuck do you think you’re doing?!” 

Everything happened so quickly to Quinn-- someone entering her room, for which the door was very clearly shut, and the syringe in her hands had been knocked out, the distinct shattering sound ringing in her ears. Instantly, her face was aflame and she threw a sharp glare at the offender. “What the fuck, Rachel!?” She screeched, “That was a perfectly good-- fuck!” She moved to a standing position, nearing Rachel threateningly. “What the hell gave you the idea that coming in here, unannounced was going to do you any good, huh?” 

Blaine sat there silently with Quinn. He didn’t know if he upset her or what her reaction was going to be once she spoke again. But once he heard the scoff, he knew it wasn’t going to be good. “You could make it a lesson though. Get off the drugs and sober up. Start caring about yourself again and maybe things would be okay. But how are you supposed to even know if you just keep going down this path your on? And if you didn’t want to change, why did you bother coming to my apartment of all places?” He asked curiously since everyone knew Blaine didn’t approve of the whole drug thing. She must have known she would be getting some sort of talk like this showing up at his door while going through this. Blaine wasn’t the type of person to just sit back and let you do things when he knew it wasn’t right.

Quinn sighed, shrugging as she ran her hand over her face again. “I don’t know why I came here.” She spoke weakly, tears shining in her eyes again. She hated being this emotional. “Fuck, I haven’t cried this much since I was pregn-” She bit her tongue. Both literally and figuratively. A part of a her wished for Blaine to completely ignore the slip-up. 

Blaine nodded and bit down on his bottom lip a little more. “Okay. I won’t call him then.” he corrected himself. Blaine was going everything in his head to try and figure out if he learned how to take care of someone going through withdrawls before. And for the life of him he couldn’t think of anything.

Once he saw Quinn move, Blaine’s attention moved back to her. The frown appeared back on his face hearing her. He moved over to sit next to her, putting his hand on her back gently and started rubbing it. “You’re not stupid. You’ve just made some mistakes. But if you use this as a lesson and grow from it, you’re not stupid. Being stupid would be continuing to go down this path that you’re on.” Blaine said. He wasn’t sure if he was crossing the line but he felt like she needed to hear it. “You’re a beautiful person, Quinn. I just wish you could see that about yourself like I can see it about you.”

Quinn sat there in silence after Blaine stopped speaking. She didn’t know what to say quite yet-- mostly because she was dumbfounded. The curly-haired boy didn’t even know the half of it. He didn’t know she was a mother. He didn’t know how dependent she was on the vices she’d developed over the years. And he didn’t know just how much of a horrible person she was-- or at least she thought.
