You are no longer feeling a deep sense of sadness anymore when things of value to you get completely lost or totally misplace. It’s as if you have come to the conclusion that your time is precious with little desire or physical energy to actively search for them. What you seem to excel at is the length of time it takes you in getting angry with yourself for your carelessness. Your therapy in working through the problem is by recording your displeasure at yourself in your communications with others.
