I wish I had known why people were vegan earlier. I always thought it was a bit extreme and didn't know what was wrong with dairy or eggs. Here below is my ten steps to becoming vegan!: Step one - be curious Step two - find the why's Step three - get inspired Step four - arm yourself with tools - happy cow etc Step five - make a list of meals that you can make vegan Step six - find your vegan community Step seven - grocery shop and arm yourself with vegan stables such chickpeas, spices, hummus, jam, chocolate spread, oats, plant milk etc Step eight - decide whether you will go vegan over night or phase out products Step nine - get excited and explore - try out different meals, go out to eat, go to vegan markets Step ten - be compassionate with yourself We all make mistakes deliberate or by accident, the trick is to not let them get you down by having a all or nothing mentality instead acknowledge the mistake reflect on why you might have made it.
