welcome aboard, Parker Davis, student # 23. we are excited to set sail with you !  has anyone told you that you look like Demi Lovato? according to our records, you hail from Columbia, South Carolina, USA, prefer prefers she/her, are female, and are here to study nursing. we also see you received a spot on the ss university because of your grandmother’s money — we won’t tell anyone. during your first few weeks here, other students said you were + compassionate, + independent, but also - passive. it sounds like you spend most of your time at the coffee cafe. upon checking your luggage, we noticed you packed a polaroid camera from home. hopefully your roommates don’t steal it!

river chuckled, thinking it was probably too early in the day to drink, but also not caring.  “does that mean we need to move this conversation to the sandbar ? ” 

“Deep down, Parker, I think we’ve always been sporks. We’re useful for any food, and underappreciated. But— you know what, nope, no clue where I’m going with this. Forky! He’s a legend so I accept this. Sorry not sorry indeed. I talked that talk so I gotta walk that walk, baby, and accept the nickname.” Jude walked over to the nearest empty table and picked up a tennis paddle. “You wanna serve or would you like me to? Up to you.”

Parker laughed softly, shaking her head as she followed the other, “Serve? Babe all I know how to serve is food.” She spoke, moving to instead sit on the edge of the table closest to them, “I was a waitress for like five, almost six years.”

James chuckled a little when Parker answered her own question. “Exactly! That’s Paris… do you think we’ll ever make some european stops? I’ve always wanted to go there”, they mused. “L.A is pretty cool though, I’ve been there a few times and can’t wait to be back”, they excitedly elaborated. “Wait are you agreeing to follow me and my little plan? Maybe we meet a talent scout that way and that’s how our stardom begins. Such a nice origin story for our wikipedia to tell when people google us”

“I’ll join you on one thought.” Parker spoke, leaning so her face was slightly closer to the blue hair’d male. “If I end up in jail, you bail me out.” Softly the girl smiled, sure of herself that would never happen. “As far as Europe goes, I hope. Before this- I never left SC.”

“tragic.” bella mockingly pouts, “you care about being a background person? i actually can go to  show rooms and shit about my design and i don’t have anything worth showing!” the femme whines. “what do you think of these?” she wonders pushing the pile of papers towards parker.

“we could make our own!” the strawberry haired ginger proposed with the shrug of her shoulders, “these days, most things don’t even shoot in LA anyways. plus how many music videos do you seen getting made of kids who go to college on a boat. ZERO.”

               “ good luck, ” micah nodded his head, still completely focused on the work in front of him. he was taking things one day at time for the moment. he didn’t even want to think about docking in LA. “ i hope you have some good contacts out there. ”

“Hommies?” Parker repeated, nearly falling off the males bed from laughter, “Oh my God. I’ve never actually heard someone say that.” The girl shook her head, calming back down slightly, “You want to know how Rickey is in bed? Or I guess lack there of.”

“ easy, let’s sneak into a movie shoot. i’m sure we can slide you into the background of something and nobody will ever notice. ”

“nope, no challenge,”  river shook their head with a teasing grin, relaxing as they sat. “but this is becoming a game of never have i ever, huh ? ” 

river was about to correct parker, but instead they sighed and just went along with it. “yes, orange juice.”  at parker’s answer, they smirked again and dropped their chin to their hand, resting it there. “ah, so we’ve found something i’ve done that you haven’t.”
