This past year has been a messy one. I treaded through it though, and the reward at the end was worth it. You. Today I closed the door to the apartment that was supposed to restart my life. It was a change I thought I needed, and maybe I did for a bit. But as soon as you stepped foot into my life again; it did change (but in the way I wanted it to, and the way I didn’t know it needed to). I always told you that you were my soulmate, and you never believed me, but I’m glad you do now. You’re asleep right now. Your cute stuffed up nose and tiny snore put my mind at peace. I’m very glad that from this night on I can officially sleep next to you for as long as I want (which is forever so sorry). Thanks for being my best friend, sometimes Patricia and Sally, but mostly Polly. You’re the best girlfriend anyone could ask for, you bring nothing but joy and pure perfection into my life. This girl is my best friend and I love her so much. You don’t know how much you’ve changed my life for the better. I can’t imagine not waking up next to you or going to sleep tangled up in you. It’s so refreshing having someone that knows your next move and agrees with it. Its also so incredible living life with no worry in the world.
