Cruelty & Junk Food

&  despite  his  partner’s  performance        there’s absolutely NOTHING in the way of ( appropriate ) emotion : no guilt , no contrition …. only sadistic glee & vague vexation . for a moment that ancient desire to HARM the lilac irken simmers ‘neath the surface , threatening to boil over . then , it vanishes like a ghost ‘pon daybreak , leaving red a in a pile of shame & contriteness . THAT only serves to make the space tyrant ireful once again . instead of apologies dancing on the tip of his tongue its HARSHNESS , but even when armed with verbal ammo he turns away . “ oh , relax , pur ; its just some stupid toy ! we can have someone make another . “ like snow begging the sun for mercy , red is dismissive of purple’s supposed ‘ pain ‘ - almost  -  especially now that he was MADE to feel so …. low . however , in the same breath he offers other a remedy to this situation ( PROBLEM SOLVED , right ? ) . “ no need to CRY over it . “

Purple could tell he got to him. And he got him good. Serves him right. 

If Red thinks he can punish his fellow tallest, it was going to blow up in his face. He made sure of it.. but.. there was more to it than just a matter of principal. There was something deeply satisfying about the control he had over Red's emotions. Even more so that he was none the wiser. He savored these moments.

Violet eyes stared a hole into the ground before him as he silently pouting while his counterpart stewed in his own personal hell. But there were limits to his mind games that only applied to Red. He hadn’t planned to leave him there for long. Ever so slowly, Pur's antennas began to perk up and show life. Same with his posture. He now appeared more neutral when he finally looked up at his peer.

clawed                digits                pluck                the                figurine                out        of        pur’s        hand                ,               bringing        it        to        his        own        crimson        gaze                .              then                ,                faux        smile        drops                &               without        a        second        thought                T    E    A    R    S                the        doll’s        head       from        its        body                ,                tossing        its        pieces        aside                .                entire        time        red        keeps        eye        contact       with        his        counterpart                ,               allowing        a        smirk        to        upturn        the       corners        of        his        mouth         once        he’s        discarded        the        toy                .                “                I                THINK                ITS                BROKEN                .                “                words        spoken        flatly                /                without        any        concern        or       remorse                .                despite        it        having        been        such        a        childish        act                ,                red        finds        himself        feeling        much        less        angry                .                its               not                exactly                an               eye                for                an                eye                but        its        still        retribution              

Purple watched intently waiting for his cue. He had studied the reactions of past victims long enough to know how to deliver, what he believed, a convincing performance.

Eyes widened and antennas dropped once his counterpart's expression changed. "RED WAIT-!" Then came the ruining. The once almighty tallest dropped to his knees with arm raised toward his co-ruler as if begging for mercy. His face read deviation.

"WHY, RED! Why would you do that?? It was a limited edition. I can't get a replacement!" Lies. He bullshitted on the spot, doubting Red to care enough to check.
