Why I am truly here, or what they have diagnosed me with?

Sometimes hope is the only thing that keeps a person going or keeps them from going insane. There’s a lot of reasons why people have hope and not one of them is useless. 

That depends on your definition of insane. 

Of course, since people do not always comprehend what is foreign to them. Sometimes it is an obvious choice. They do not want to comprehend, therefore discarding it as… odd.

Or they fully comprehend, and what they have perceived they regard as odd.
