The Vesper-Class was an attempt to combine the Excelsior-Class's ubiquity in a smaller Constitution-esque frame, developed alongside the Ambassador. It wasn't very successful

In the wake of the Synth attack on Mars, Starfleet's remaining shipyards have banded to form a new, modular, fast-response tactical cruiser: the Inquiry-Class.

Historically, the original USS Voyager and its captain was known for… "temporal disturbances". Now, its legacy, the USS Voyager NCC-74656-J, roams the temporally-locked 32nd century and beyond.
