for reasons im still not sure of, my daniel had low morality :// so i ended up with the option for Lone Wolf or Blood Brothers.

usually the way i play games is the one i choose first is my canon for that playthrough but this time it was so long since i played it i decided to play both endings and decide later which one i liked better. anddd of course i'm not heartless so Blood Brothers it is!

im in the midst of a major depressive episode so i guess this wasnt the best time to jump back in to finish it, i'm finding it difficult to formulate Thoughts on the game overall but at least appreciate the variation in endings.

I’ve only played Origins but I hear people complaining about Teagan. How come? He was way better than Eamon.

Teagan is great in Origins, but I know some people have a problem with him in Inquisition. (I think some of what he says is dumb, but I mostly agree with him, personally.)

See. Here’s the thing about Rachel Amber.

In theory I like her a lot. She’s someone who everyone loved and no one knew. Chloe and Frank both thinking that they were the only ones that knew her but that not really being the case. She was a fun loving teenager that was also selfish and manipulative but able to cover it with genuine kindness for the most part.

What I like about her isn’t that she’s a wonderful perfect person! That’s the entire fucking point! She was a flawed teenage girl that wanted out of her shit home town and was willing to go to some pretty bad men to do so. And that’s an idea I can work with. That’s a wonderful idea to work with in fanfic!

What I can’t is how the fandom, and honestly BtS didn’t help, seems to think her and Chloe had this perfect relationship? And that Rachel was this…. paragon of a person. Just deal with the fact that Rachel and Chloe wouldn’t have worked around the time of LiS because clearly Rachel wasn’t working out her issues and neither was Chloe tbh.

tbh this is my main problem with Before the Storm.

Throughout the entire series of Life is Strange S1 we see over and over how complicated Rachel was as a person. And Before the Storm seems to toss all that out the window.

I don’t mean to devalue their relationship but with the way Chloe talks about her in LiS and then with what actually went down, you just know it wasn’t healthy. And I’m really disappointed that Before the Storm swept that all away.
