My head is a galaxy, the Stars are my thoughts, unorderly, Everywhere, & more noticeable As night falls, Inner chaos seethes through my veins

The taste of my past still lies on My tongue, like freckles, Utterly despised yet irremovable, A constant reminder of the hate That was felt

As ravaging dogs tore off my flesh I try to escape my conflicts, alas, I descend into a bottemless abyss Woven together by self-doubt, lies & paranoia, eventually believing you’ve Been saved by a straggling branch of Optimism, it merely breaks easy & I continuemy perilous journey to the end

However, a warm hand of grace pulls Me from the demonic hands of life & to his chest, delicately wiping my Face of dirt & tears His soul is comforting to my mind Taking the lions of their rage

There is no question, I do Love this soul dearly, he is a warrior Who fights off & slays the dragon Rampaging through my thoughts

It feels like an eternity we spend Together, shopping around for The finest clothing & gifts he Believes is worthy of my likeness; I am his queen, therefore He is my king, though I treat him Like a God

As the sunlight beams down on Our shoulders he drops to his strong Knees & speaks an ocean’s worth Of kind words as he asks for my hand In Happy marriage
