oddly enough the perspective pose wasnt too hard to do? The hardest part was trying to detail the anatomy but thats really it… and the lower legs I was having a stroke trying to position the lower legs…. I ALMOST colored this, but I knew I would probably dislike the results if I tried to, so maybe in the future if you’re okay with lending me your OC again, I might try to color her in 🥹

I’m so sorry this took so long, I still have a bunch of other requests to work through but honestly there have been so many things going on that I just haven’t gotten to them 😭 idk Whats going on with my art for this one, there are things about this I like and hate, idk if it’s just because I got burnt out while coloring this or if my art is being weird or both, but it was definitely a grueling process 😭😭😭

I think I should have left it black and white instead, because I TRIED making a background where he was sitting on a bench at sunset but I CANNOT draw backgrounds. Like actually, my lack of ability to draw objects and scenery is concerning considering how advanced I am in drawing people, so I think that’s something I seriously need to study/practice………… yeah it just did not go well. I wish the background turned out well but it was HORRIBLE. So I left it white🥹 IM SORRY I REALLY WANTED TO GIVE YOU A REALLY SPECTACULAR ART PIECE BUT I WAS NOT FEELING IT ESPECIALLY AFTER COLORING CONRAD, I MIGHT REVISIT IT LATER WHEN IM BETTER AT ART 😭😭😭

Even though I don’t recall Zora and Dorothy ever really interacting, I really loved their dynamic of “bubbly/pastel girlfriend x emo boyfriend” and not to mention, I did actually write them a bit in my main story, KJAHUA, where I first discovered they had chemistry🌝🙈

I don’t think I need to explain Marx and Julius, their chemistry and dynamic speaks for itself and my commitment to then ALSO speaks for itself since I wrote well over 250k+ plus words on them 😭😭😭

so FUN FACT! About Yami and Marx, I never realized I shipped them until writing the near end of my JuliMarx fic— I wrote a whole chapter where they were drinking together and I never realized how much chemistry they had before then until as I was writing, so basically the whole chapter was of me panicking and trying not to make them kiss 😭😭😭😔😔

Overall, I like and respect a lot of the ships, but these ships I listed here are ones most note worthy to me because they’re the ones I ended up falling in love with. Thanks for the ask!💗💗💗💗💗

So I had a very… strange thought. And I don’t know the answer to it.

Quick explanation: So lately I’ve been noticing things about myself that I never really thought of before… and one of the many things is my thought processes during hard situations. For example, when I’m fighting with someone, when I get hurt and whatnot, all that fun stuff. Don’t get me wrong, I’m completely in the moment, I feel everything 110% because… I am a sensitive person, as much as I hate to admit it. But something I haven’t caught myself doing until recently is how I think when I’m in these situations.

Of course I’m going on about the usual “ugh I hate this” stuff or “this hurts so much” and blah blah blah, but like…………………….. there is this background thought I think sometimes. It’s not a coherent thought, more like the image of an idea without the form of words that lingers in the back of my mind, and although I can’t tell you word for word what that thought is, I can tell you what it’s like.

It’s almost like that thought is thinking “how can I integrate this into my story” or “what can I turn this into?” It’s so had to explain, I still feel like I’m not quite exemplifying it accurately, but the nature of that background thought is this: it’s very story oriented. So much that it almost takes away from the seriousness of the real life situations because I’m almost thinking of it like it’s a story. Or a book I’m writing.

I know I’ve said this like 10 times already but I’m sorry, it’s such an incoherent “thought” that I really can’t explain it accurately. It’s more like a feeling or idea than a coherent thought with words. But my point is, I never realized I did this until I reality checked myself recently, and suddenly I’m realizing that I’ve been doing this for awhile and it’s got me really contemplating myself, and this one question.

Do I view my life as a story, or do I view my stories as my life?

I can never tell if my stories are an outlet for my life experiences or if my life is an outlet for my stories.

It’s a question that’s making me contemplate the nature of my entire reality and for some reason it’s unnerving me more than I initially thought it would.

even now there’s this whispering thought in my head wondering how I can turn this….. philosophical existential crisis into a plot device. Is this……. Okay? Am I okay?

Am I overthinking it? 🤷‍♀️
