of course I didnt draw the human figure shape, but I made the aura background myself...and im noticing some strange similarities in the patterns.
(the red one is mine btw) His picture is flipped so the black spots are on the right normally, but for the sake of comparison theyre now on the left Like yeah, it aint a one to one copy, no shit but...note the big black corner, the left side of the pic having a very similar pattern (likey did some tone extraction to make the corner contrast to the rest of the lines)
He honestly did a few little tweaks here n there, height change, black spot change, minor tweaks in the corners n made the whole thing purple but i cant help but think that this was at least, at the minimum pretty notably referenced from mine without my knowledge, and my photo might have been used as a base point to go over Like, I know it aint no ground breaking idea but the black spots on the aura mimicing the giant bruise on one side of the respective characters face seems a wee bit too specific to be coincidental- like...im not crazy for raising an eyebrow at this am i??? can I hear a few different opinions on this? Like im not mad about it persay, its quite a minor issue but I still think its quite a "wtf" moment to talk to someone for a couple days then said person proceeds to nab that off my character like that lol

i've been very busy because working is impossible so i'm officially self-employing. I've had these stickers sitting, hand-cut, for a while. i have some old overwatch ones i might put up too but i'm not sure - either way i'm hoping to get some change for these so i can get more supplies now that i have a cutting machine that works!
currently all my lesbian themed and hand cut stickers are being cleared out, and they will never be sold again!! i'm still experimenting with materials and overlays but these are from last year, mostly. (the flowers are fresh though and i'm excited to do more of those, i love how they came out.

I could go on and on about why all that AI "art" is bad. I could mention theft, lack of creativity, it's impact on the work field and environment, but countless people have already said all that. I wanted to touch on something that to me is the most utterly wrong about all of it.
Art is more than just something pretty to look at or listen to. It's therapeutic. It's a form of communication. A tool for human connection. It's a pure, human need.

Ngl personally I think the battlepass has been one of the worst things theyve added to ow I personally think battlepasses have have a significant impact in damaging modern games for that matter but the fact they try to "please the fans" by bringing back lootboxes...by STICKING THEM IN THE BATTLEPASS AND LOCKING THEM BEHIND THE PREMIUM PASS TOO is actually some next level bullshittery lmao
