Sometimes you just have to lay down on your bedroom floor and imagine you’re actually in the middle of the forest, covered in moss and leaves, fireflies and lightning bugs flying above you like fairies dancing in the sunlight, trees around so tall you think they could swallow you alive and everything your eyes can catch making you feel a sense of freedom you could never find anywhere else.

You’re a human being with a great amount of emotions within you. Some of them will be negative but repressing them all the time is detrimental to your health. In the end, those bad things may teach you something and give you the experience you’ll need in your future to deal with the hard moments and help others around you.  

Hey, girls, you don’t have to “be masculine” (what’s “masculine” or “feminine” anyway, right?) in order to be respected or considered strong. You’re all strong and powerful, including when you adore pink and pastels, including when you’re wearing glossy lipstick and pretty skirts. As long as you’re happy with yourself and you’re kind to others, this is all that matters and is never the way you look that will determinate your value, is your heart.
