Regarding the big revival in France of Roméo et Juliette :

Is it just the 2010 version (which I hate) all wrapped up in new packaging / with a new name ?

Or a comeback of the 2001 version that everyone is BEGGING Gérard Presgurvic to revive ? After all, the miraculous reappearance of the original studio album on streaming platforms last week could be a decisive clue

( Maybe Tom Ross and Grégori Baquet will return ?🤞🏻)

Or a completely new third version ?

If so, they’d better put back all the songs that were cowardly removed for no reason over the last few years !!

Anyway, even though it is officially the last time Damien and Cecilia will be Romeo and Juliet I prefer to wait before buying anything

I trust Dove Attia + I have a feeling that Mikelangelo Loconte and VERY likely Yamin Dib ( judging by his Instagram ) will be there !

I’m going to jump headfirst onto the ticket site !! Aside from very slight costume tweaks for some characters judging by its long run in Asia, the show hasn't changed or gone downhill at all ...

We might get a surprise or two ?

But probably not a completely new staging like Le Roi Soleil

* The only thing I would ask, is the inclusion of the two Mozart unreleased songs :

Je Danse avec les Dieux

Le Carnivore

Je Danse avec les Dieux could easily be sung right after "Les Solos Sous Les Draps" ... it would actually make a lot of sense !! :

At this point in the show, shortly after his marriage, Mozart is happier and more fulfilled than ever and he receiving numerous lucrative commissions for his compositions and operas , this stands in stark contrast to the immediately following "L'Assasymphonie" which reflects the anger and jealousy of Salieri, who finds himself completely cast aside of the Emperor's court

And Le Carnivore fits perfectly after the death of Leopold / "Dors mon ange" !! Mozart is going through a period of deep emotional and financial distress, while Salieri can no longer savor his regained success in " Victime de ma victoire " another delightful parallel / mirror effect
