This new bout of madness the both of them had once again volunteered for was just another long exhausting run into who the hell knew what for the crown prince. As if it wasn't something that had terrified her. Not that he knew that. Or so she assumed. Listening after grabbing a bottled drink, she placed it on the table nearby before sitting beside him.

"Good. It's what you deserve, really. After so long and all." He.. planned to stay? To help them? Not that she thought he wouldn't but, she wouldn't have expected it of him. He had dealt with so much as it was already. "I think I'd be surprised if she didn't. I don't know her, but I would think somewhere peaceful would be better given how long it's been and everything that has occurred."

There was no pretending otherwise. He was so very tired. His body though whole and well and his mind clearer than it had been in centuries he still felt a deep harsh exhaustion down in his very bones as he slumped back into the couch of their temporary hideout.
