          ❛  ARE  ALL  OF  YOU  THIS…      DRAMATIC  ?  ❜      brows  drop  as  she  watches  him  like  one  would  watch  their  dog  as  it's  sliding  on  its  ass,  a  groan  escapes  her  mouth  despite  her  trying  to  hide  the  annoyance  coming  from  the  very  depths.     he  was  merely  a  tribute,  a  token  of  good  will,  a  gift  instead  of  an  apology  to  caius;      she  had  said  something  that…      upset  him,  and  amends  needed  to  be  made.      ❛  now,  one  of  the  two  things  might  happen.     he’s  either  going  to  kill  both  of  us,  or—  ❜      would  serve  her  right  for  dragging  a  wolf  shifter  into  their  castle  !      ❛  —not…       both  of  us  ?       i  am  unsure,  he’s  such  a  volatile  man,  and  so…       exhausting.  ❜      

@sherunsfaster                “ —— you can’t be fucking serious… you don’t get to DO that, sam!! ” things had been pretty near impossible for her to figure out. knowing the truth, maybe she didn’t want to watch them suffer. not like she did back when she thought this had all happened organically. but that didn’t mean that she wanted to jump on board and stick around, applaud at how happy they both were. she wanted them to be happy – but she couldn’t stick around and watch. jake’s pack was the first step to an escape from everything that had happened since the cullens returned to forks. sam knew almost as well as she did that her bitterness was not entirely brought upon by him. he’d seen the aftermath of the night her father died. “ it was a dick move to send jared begging for me to come back to where i belong using that stupid ass nickname. i will ALWAYSlove you, but you gave up your rights to want me by your side a long time ago. i don’t belong to you. ”

sam  can’t  place  the  face  ,          but  she  smells  like  her   .        he  dare  not  think  of  her  name  .      the  scent  invades  his  nose  first   but  soon  he  can  see  her  too  ,      can  taste  the  person  whose  scent   she  shares  .        sam  turns  his  head  away  from  the  beach   ,       away  from  the  violent  crashing  of  the  water  against  the  shore  to  find  who  this  person  is ,      if  who  he  thinks  it  is  will  come  sauntering  down  the  beach  and  spit  his  name  from  her  mouth;        even  then ,    he  would  be  thankful .             but  it’s  not  &  the  confusion  is  clear  in  his  eyes  .            he  doesn’t  call  her  over  but  simply  acknowledges  her  presence,   an  invitation  if  he’s  ever  given  one  .          

her  beauty  was  of  god - like  power  to  his  will  ,         despite  the  rot  that  she  reeks  of   ---   it  compels  a  deep  rumbling   growl  out  of  him  instinctively  .      the  shifter  is  drowsy  still ,     cannot  help  the  uncertain  way  his  knees  shake  under  his  gargantuan  size  ,     even  for  someone  as  lithe  as  him  .          the  room  itself  is  barren  save  for  her  presence   &   it  clearly  disorients  the  alpha   .             were  it  not  for  the  comfortable  stance  of  the  woman  at  his  door  he  would  have  already  phased  .
