okay, so basically, we go off in-character stuff & out-of-character stuff. if we have two muns who both applied for job like a struggling singer, that's not unique, so both of those muns could feasibly be accepted. if two muns both applied for a job like a therapeutic riding instructor, which is less likely to apply to more than one friend in the group, only one will be accepted, & it will be the one with the more unique character ! additionally, just make your character interesting ! if i was a lurker who applied & my character's label has been done to death or if my app doesn't really tell the group who my group is, i probably wouldn't be accepted. make sure your info is correct, too. if your ages are off or if something’s not on the app that should be, we probably will not be coming to you, since we have so many things to manage at a time. also, if you have to message us off-anon ( which i highly recommend you do, even to just say hi, since it helps your chances ), be kind & be yourself. if you feel so excited that you want to screamtype, then screamtype ! we want to become your bff both in-and-out-of-character, so doing this will help us see that you have impeccable vibes & should be in this environment where it's impeccable vibes only ! this is a question with a really complicated answer, & my answer barely scratches the surface of how we make an extremely tough decision like this ( since you all are so very talented ), so if this isn't the answer you were looking for, i apologize !
